Dear Citizens of South Africa,
This is my second article as a President. I want to inform you about what's going on. I'm glad that our congress worked hard and all proposals have been approved with 66% majority.
Russia
Our congress approved to sign an aggreement with them. They will pay 400 golds for our regions. They will leave at 5 Aug If we like. And they will not be able to attack our allies through our regions.

Uruguay
Our congress decided to let them stay in our regions and build better relations. We have common enemies with them so we will work together.
Forums
It was another issue of last week.
We will keep using our old forums to keep congress informed and discuss about proposals.
Governor of RBSA
Grimstone is still in charge as congress approved. He will keep his duty at least until the end of my term.

I am a internet slang idiot. I have to look up most abbreviations. I have noticed Mr Leon Sir use sth quite a lot. Almost all his articles contain it and most of what he say in forums contain it, so I looked it up, and this is what I got:
Sexually Transmitted Hair. When you're sexually active and a hair from your partner rudely infiltrates your mouth like an in-law.

Its a bit sad that only 14 Congress Members participated in the vote on the forums.
By Hen-logic: that's a quorum of a mere 48.2% of eligible Congress votes. Why are you excluding more than half of Congress?
That means only 32.2% of Congress supported keeping the status quo... which is exacerbated by the natural bias of only Congress members on eSA+ being there. This is statistical bias if ever there was.
Let me put it this way; its like asking Albanians if Albania is the best country in the world and then extending the result as an accurate reflection of world opinion. People got impeached for less than this.
Perhaps you need to revert to in-game voting for Congress which is a 100%quorum and seems to have a much higher participation rate.
The difference is, that there are links posted in the in-game thread available to all congress members. Which link to the forums that everyone can now participate in.
I let all congressmen vote for it. You let only 17 congressmen vote for it. That's the difference.
Actually you did not. By holding the vote on the forum you excluded all Congress Members not on the forum. Deliberatly or inadvertently is irrelevant.
It's not my problem If they don't want to participate on forums nor in-game poll. I also said Speaker can count their in-game votes as well.
