[Pfeiffer] A 'normal' eRepublik day
Pfeiffer.
For the first time since 6 minute health regeneration was introduced, I've not had any boost to my regeneration rate.
For two and one half days I was gaining 100 health each hour.
That's how long it took me to get the 500 prestige points necessary to get to 20 health per hour, and I wasted less than 300 or so health (due to life, normally I don't miss any).
Sure, my work/train takes 600 health, but even so...that's a long ass time.
As a 'wealthy' (lol not really) older player who doesn't want for any consumable resource in this game, I'm in a position to always use every bit of health I have...but now that I'm seeing how slow things move when you aren't spending money on the game the mechanical weakness of eRepublik is ever more apparent.
Once upon a time, multiple Admins read my paper. If you're still there, please take note of this mild complaint. I'm known for flaming you guys, as you often deserve it, but this is me talking to the handful of you who might still listen.
Take a hard look at the mechanics. Engage the older players. Talk to Iain and Misho and all of the others you've known for years. We still want to help.
Yes, I know this is probably pointless, but I had writers block and have been watching The West Wing so I decided to just type whatever I was thinking into this box.
Back to work.

Since I started playing, I've not really known what it's like to go without good regen, but I'm learning myself just how terrible that base regen is when you actually want to do anything without EB's
Boooooo Pfeiffer is a war criminal! It is time we file an injunction.
This didnt even read as a Pfeiffer article, such amazed. Anyway, the ''normal'' health regeneration is indeed as terrible as sweaty gypsy balls.
Also Ariana is much hotter than Taylor.
Never.

POTUS #42 lol.
The only answer you'll ever need.
I work with magazines a lot and I haven't (recently) noticed TS on the cover of Vogue. Then I saw the £ and was relieved that I don't suck at my job.
Why did the eRep player cross the road?
He didn't. He was the only player left and pressed fight. GG. (I'm soooo witty.)
You work with magazines? They don't make you read them, do they?
>>work with
Kinda lied. I just put them places. I work at a library.
So no, I've never actually read one, though Sports Illustrated might get tempting if they have a good Cleveland cover when the Cavs win this season.
I didn't buy the mogul pack. This is a bad sign.
That is bad. 😮
Ominous.
Nor did I. Nor did just about anyone who wants there to still be an economy, however limited
Oddly enough, the week of the New World Cup tournament was the only time I've ever had a boost to my basic health regeneration rate, and even then I didn't use it (since I'm in the training regiment, and the regen was at 500 PP, which was all I needed for the tourney rewards), and yet somehow, I'm still here.
Honestly though, it's not due to the mechanical strength of the game, as you might put it.
With that said, I've seen tons of good ideas to better this game over the years, and I know there are a lot of players who would love to make eRep a better (and long-term, more profitable) game, if they were given the chance to have their input heard and taken seriously.
Now though, the question is, is there anybody out there? Is anybody listening?
Sorry but I dont agree with you.
I for one confident that admins know how to make changes.
I also know that when admins listen to players things go terribly wrong.
Just to name a few player made suggestion:
- Str limit
- Multiple erep servers
- Str based divisions
- Str reset
- No gold limit on Monetary Market aka free cheating
I say never listen to players!
I don't know you, and you smell like a troll, but nobody reputable has ever suggested any of those things.
Oddly enough I voted on this lol ... when it comes to Admins we agree ...
You should agree with me more regularly, you'll be wrong less often.
Typical Pfeiffer lol ... I disagree with you on a lot so either your wrong a lot or I am simply confusing you 🙂
We can start with basic grammar lessons, if that's easier for you.
The only thing HPA and I agree on is...uh...is...well, actually we never agree.
My grammar goes out the window when I am tired so ya lessons wont help lol .. I work 10-14 a day and get 2-4 hours to do eRep stuffs so ya I am a tired busy man lol
hahahahahaha!!!
I'm strength training so I have not been buying the energy packs. When a battle pops up that needs pushing it's a quick burnout and a long slow recovery.

It has to be river spey. And it is a notable discrepancy. It can be likened to a flailing boat trapped in the middle of a violent storm. The salmons need to be consoled.

Truth.
TO LONG , TO LONG TO READ MY FRIEND 😛
Bring back the the system where companies were located regionally and experienced workforce in certain fields(like a peasants and craftsman) got more moneyz and produced more ,
+ do you people remember when regions had like high/medium/low resource output , and you created an organization so you could build iron mine in some other nation , and then transfer those raw weap resources to your nation where you didnt have raw weap resources , that was more awesome then this all in one place management, real monetary market was also cool , it actually gave some knowledge to a pleb how RL monetary exchange work , these days erep is all about the click
ba da doop those legs 😛
Ba da doop indeed.
