The Red Army, the Russian Army that overthrew the capitalist elite's of Russia were made up of patriotic heroes who fought for communism, equality and a free Russia!
At the moment, here in eIreland, we have a "Premier" or "dictator". No one wants this, but we need it.
A new MU (Military Unit) is being created to protect democracy in Ireland, from capitalists and invaders.

A Ruthless Dictator is not being forced on Ireland and its people, DC was installed as Dictator for security reasons, now everyone gets to vote/choose who should replace him for a 3 month term.
DC's term is only temporary till the people vote and he is replaced by the peoples choice.

I said we do not want but need. I said that if thwere was a dictator undemocratically imposed on the people, the red army would be there!

Well, Russia sadly isn't a good example for socialism. Especially Leninism. Socialism is a very broad ideology that doesn't even technically require a state. Lenin entered the revolution late and had very little role in it's beginning when he was absent from the nation. He came in and caused a divide between the socialists which led to a bloody civil war after the Revolution. He transformed the idea of simply liberating and empowering the working class into one where the state had its way and you dealt with it or died, as if you being against the state's will meant you were against the workers as well.
Also Trotsky who was Lenin's right hand man regretted some of the harsh choices he made on Lenin's behalf in his later years before his assassination.
Lenin took a great idea and set it up for failure. Stalin then took it, against Lenin's wishes, and executed that failure perfectly, forever giving socialism a bad reputation for its enemies to exploit.
Good luck with the new MU, but you'll find it to be not worth the trouble to create/maintain/grow and it's better to join an existing one honestly.
