[MoHA] Eden are leaving. What are the terms of this withdrawal?

No preamble from me today as this is an important article. In it you will find the full terms of the withdrawal of Eden troops from the eUK. Please read.
I will keep it simple and short
TERMS
1) We will sign peace with Norway, Sweden, and Poland at the next possible opportunity as they hold no eUK regions.
2) All USA occupied original eUK regions will be retreated by the USA. Once they have returned all of these regions we will sign peace.
3) Spain have created a Region War in the South East which will result in the return of it to our control. We have covered the cost of this RW.
If they fail to RW the South East they will continue to RW it until it is returned to our control and their own cost.
When the South East is once more part of the eUK we will sign peace
4)Canada will create a Region War in Scotland. When it is returned to our control peace will be signed. Canada will cover the cost of this RW.
To clarify, peace means we are closing all open wars with these countries.
There are no other terms to the agreements. We are not signing MPP's or NAP's with these countries.
We are closing wars and that is all
With regards to Northern Ireland, the eUK Government is committed to recovering it as a one of our home regions.
We are still committed to our allies and intend to offer whatever support we can to them
Mr Woldy will be issuing another article shortly to give further explanation to the decisions that have been made. I hope that this provides a clearer picture to you.

As for being a PR disaster. Why put out incomplete info? Time zones and such have meant getting the timetable for withdrawal clarified slightly longer than planned.

This treaty is the worst kind of arse gravy.
I'm still quite disappointed with this. I feel like we are taking the easy way out. What seems like a beneficial thing really just makes me think we're acting like cowards. We could have held off EDEN and to be honest the country would have been much more united by the defense of our nation as opposed to the divide in allegiance the eNation is experiencing.

As far as I can see this press release is just papering over the cracks. Why were we so full bluster last week then this sad article appears from thin air. Plus some of our allies presidents were as surpised as us by this repellant item.

What kind of a peace treaty can eUK possibly sign with EDEN? eUK is still part of Phoenix and Phoenix is still at war with EDEN. If these are indeed the ONLY terms of the agreement then all that is achieved by this is that the British regions will be free of EDEN for maybe a week or so. And in return the eUK MPPs are lost and eUK cannot expext much help from Phoenix afterwards.
Actually, I cannot believe that there are no other terms to this agreement. And if so - how can other Phoenix countries trust eUK any longer?

On a more serious note, NI is useless to the UK, it holds little or no economic or strategic benifits to it, this is the same for Ireland except the social factors. Having NI has drastically improved our relations towards each other, it has created more sense of togetherness in our soceity as a whole.
So as you may think of it as merely a region we think of it as the final piece to a united Ireland and a whole nation. Unfortunately RL does come into play in this situation but as much as we try to avoid it, we can't.
If you bring one aspect of RL into eRep you get the whole package.
