[MoHA] eBrit University New Programs & Competition!

Day 2,518, 14:48 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by eUK Home Office

Hello all!

I hope you’re all having a great week. This article is a result of dialogue between the MoHA and the eBrit University, one of great institutions this nation has that aims to educate and equip new eUK citizens with skills in the New World.

eBrit Graduate Program
Madelina De Melrose, the Chancellor of eBrit, explained the new scheme as follows: “One thing I do want to see is setting up a couple "graduate" programmes, in eUK government, eUK foreign affairs and eUK finance. I don't have the experience to put any of those together.

“Any help from the government in thinking up stuff to put in those programmes would be very welcome. I'm thinking it'll have to be small modules of info with a quiz at the end of each, as it's not like I can require students to hold office.
“For example, and just off the top of my head, the finance programme could have sections for taxation, expenditure requirements, orgs, economics (we'd have to give some of them Econ 101 I think!), resources, that sort of thing.
“Foreign Affairs could include sections on treaties and alliances, wars, strategic planning. eUK government could include roles of Congress, Speaker, CP, PPs, legislation etc.
“These would not be simple "click on this button and I'll send you a reward" courses but would be intended for those who really want to delve deeper into an area with a future leadership role in it in mind.
“We may need to split it up into a master's "overview" programme and a PhD version where we get into some serious nuts and bolts.

Those with experience and interest in educating newer students and have a wealth of experience are more than welcome to apply. You can contact either BaronChris or Madelina de Melrose stating what you would be happy to help with.

Competition
The MoHA is happy to announce a prize of 1,000cc for the successful winner of this competition. We are offering a prize to the best designer of a click here button for the eBrit University to be used infuture MoE articles.
The competition will close at 12 noon (game time) on the 19th of October and will be judged by BaronChris, Minister of Education and the wonderful eBrit Chancellor, Madelina de Melrose.

MoEnt Competition
Neil Lewis noticed from a old article, that someone suggested that this Ministry's graphics were old, so if you think you can improve them, he is offering a 10G reward, from his personal vault, for the best set of graphics. Obviously, please keep them business-like. Thanks.

All the best from your MoHA team,

Regards

Neil Lewis
Minister of Home Affairs

And

BaronChris
Deputy Minister of Home Affairs/Minister of Entertainment & Education
