[MoFa]final update on the month November

Day 1,468, 07:59 Published in United Kingdom North Macedonia by Foreign Office

Hi there you good people in UK and friends; This will be the last article from the foreign affairs department this term. We will have our articles as usual and an interview with this months CP from USA. I will include an other piece on the tutorial about how to do things in MoFa and become a good diplomat.

For the past week our envoys in the foreign affairs department have been looking to bring you the top news on various countries. We have selected a few for you to look in to.

Sweden
http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/keep-your-promises-parsons-1911576/1/20 - The Norway-Sweden training war lasted but a few days, the Swedes claim the Norwegians broke the deal by attacking their only fish region, occupied Nord-Norge.

But both the Norwegians and the Danes blame Sweden attacking the treaty-protected region of Vestlandet.

Norway
http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/2112963[url] - The Norwegian CP, Tommy Skaue: Claims this was after discussion with the Swedish MoD, not exactly sure why but given when looks like a congress grab. Has tried to spin his actions, claiming to be drunk, he did nothing wrong, that people hate the Swedes so will fight them any way and the Swedes are war-mongerers who just want to annex Norway again.

[/url]http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/closure-the-end-of-training-war-with-sweden-1911856/1/20 - CP (on the end of the TW)
“Sweden efficently destroyed [Norwegian] Congress election. Most of [their] congress now consists of either PTO or Anti-PTO.”
http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/results-from-congress-election-november-2011-thank-you-sweden-1912909/1/20 - Norwegian CP (Congress round-up) This is the second time in under two weeks that talks between Tommy Skaue and Lonestar (Swedish MoD) seem to have got muddled, or communications between the Swedish MoD and CP are lax.
However with the Swedish official’s media being quiet on the subject, and the Norwegians fighting with words against a proved stronger enemy, it is impossible to get a balance view of the situation in a short amount of time.

This article by toothpaste, sums that up:

Whatever the reason, Norway is almost wiped out again with only two regions remaining: http://www.erepublik.com/en/country/society/Norway
and a current campaign (Svalbard & Jan Mayen) 3:1 http://www.erepublik.com/en/military/battlefield/17460

Belgium

http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-msz-2in1-military-pact-1911176/1/20 - Two in One - alliance between Turkey and Poland. It seems from this article and some other that I didn't bother to post that Poland consider Turkey as best friend and all.

This month we haven’t done much spectacular on the MPPs. Like you could read in previous articles we renewed all former MPPs, we gained the Malaysian MPP but lost the Austrian one.

The polish gold buying scheme is still in development. Rafallol is going to have a talk with the Polish foreign affairs department soon.

I had a litte talk with GoalieBCSC

(GoalieBCSC) “a spur of the moment thing...”

So you became CP at a very difficult time for the eUSA How are you keeping things together?

Well, we've been invaded before, we know what it's like and how to get through it. Keeping long term goals in mind is the only real way to keep things together.

If you look at the map and talk with people you can't help notice alliances are shifting. Aren't you worried that both France and Germany are going to shift alliance?

I'm not sure what will happen, however, I do not see these alliances staying together for a long time. If France and Germany are going to shift alliances, I do not believe it will be to ONE. I might see a more centralized alliance for them, but not to ONE. Will be an interesting few months.

make it weeks 🙂

I think things will happen quickly, but you won't see the full effect for months down the line.

What do you think about eUK?

The eUK is an interesting situation. I "grew up" during the time when the eUK decided to have war games to bring PEACE to the America's. I think since then a lot has changed, many of the people are great people and in Feb when we had talks with them it went well. just a shame that things happened the way it did.

mittekemuis> How do you look at the peace Canada and UK declared recently?

I think it gets rid of another damage drain for both sides. It reminds me of the balkan wars between eTurkey and eGreece that seemed to happen like clockwork.

indeed it does sir 🙂

To conclude this rapport I would like you to read the following comment.

"Working as an envoy is a wonderful experience. I need to search for details of different countries' governments, and interesting articles. From these exercises, I can get more information about the World's politics, economy etc.
Working in the MoFA provides a great opportunity for me to learn the administration of the
government, and get more information towards the government and her functions. It's marvelous of being an envoy of MoFA!" by derek06079
