Welkome to the first Ministry of Entertainment article, this will detail the first game of the term and the planned ones.


Firslty; A Treasure Map game will be up on the forum at 8pm tonight. You’re probably wondering what that is. Let me explain:

There is a map of an island split into a grid, lets say 15 by 15, thats 225 squares, and in those squares are hidden treasure, like 100 x 10cc, 50 x 5 Q7 and so on. How to play is you pick a square and dig for the treasure, and what treasure you find, you keep.

Whats brewing for the future.

QuizIt; A weekly quiz held every Saturday. This shall be hosted by myself and Kdogground2.

The quiz will vary on topics, some of the ones already decided on are: games, sports, history, riddles and quotes. If you have any suggestions as to what would make a good quiz for you, please feel free to PM me.

Interviews; there shall be a few interviews happening, all of which shall be for your enjoyment. Rest assure, the interviews won’t be your average interview.

Some definite interviews will be: Ayame Crocodile, Mr Woldy and CptChazbeard, all of which have no choice in participation.

Arcade Leaderboards; Every game has points for the leaderboard, if you win, you win points, and being in the top 10 at the end of the term means you’re in for more prizes. Points for winning an event will be displayed during or after the event.

To keep it all fair, the next article will feature a direct link to the live Arcade Leaderboards so everyone can keep an eye on where they stand. Participating in any event will automatically put you on the leaderboards, so if you participate in the Quiz one week, and the last week of term, you will get points for both as there will be records of your participation.

Deal or No Deal; Yes, this game, you can win big or win small, but you win always. This shall be hosted either via GDoc, IRC or forums.

There is so much more coming your way, and its bound to be exciting. So keep your eyes peeled and watch this newspaper like a hawk.
