This is article intends to inform the Economic Module in eRepublik.

The Ministry of Education aims to inform the usage and purpose of Gold, and how to invest in it wisely.

[MoEd (Day 2,735)] - Economic Module and UKSA - Gold!

| Intro

Over the Decade of days in eRepublik - lulz - Gold has had a fluctuating price; ranging from over 100 £ and even over 300 £. If you are planning to get stronger, and wealthier, you'll definitely need Gold. You can either earn the Gold from achievements, or simply buy the Gold. But what's the fun from buying when you can earn them through character building, with community respect.

| Investment

Many questions are asked in regards to effectively investing Gold into your time, Companies, and Training Grounds. There is two from the many that stand out. Which are:

1) How to invest your Gold to make either TG or Companies effective?
2) How to receive Gold without even buying from the packs?

Don't forget that you can use the Gold you receive to upgrade Companies. Now make sure that you have the factories to make RM (Raw Material) as well. Making this decision is not to be taken lightly. You have to understand the purpose on why you are doing this upgrade. It won't hurt to make the profit, but be advised that can it make you lose money, depending on the current Market status. If you decide to upgrade, make sure to do so during the TG and Companies Upgrade Promotion where you will pay less Gold; saving you loads.

There is always the option of Buying Gold. But who does that these days - lulz I do 😛 - It's obvious to see that everything you buy has a promotion attached to it. You'll save loads of Gold if you wait for these promotions to come out. It's good for everyone if you simply be patient for the sales to appear. However, if you decide to buy Gold remember that you are using valuable RL money for a community-based game. 🙂

| Medals

From the beginning of your time participating in the community of eRepublik, you may or may not have noticed various times that you have received medals. Many like the SS - Super Soldier Medal, or perhaps when you may accomplished 30 days of work, you would have also received the Hard-Working Medal. Well, it turns out that the majority of the medals received in eRepublik will give you Gold as a reward for accomplishing that particular feat. Depending on the achievement, medals may be either easy or difficult to achieve.

Note: That you receive Gold with these Medals

♦Hard Worker - Work for 30 Days, and you can receive this Medal

♦Congress Member - Get elected into Congress.

♦Country President - Become Elected as Country President in your country.

♦Media Mogul - Have 1000 Subscribers to your Newsletter to receive this Medal.

♦Battle Hero - Depending on the damage you do and base on your Division, you will receive a medal and a varying reward of Gold. .
D1 - 2 gold
D2 - 3 gold
D3 - 4 gold
D4 - 5 gold

♦Campaign Hero - Have the most damage from the War - Campaign - and you'll receive this medal.

♦Resistance Hero - Support a Resistance War and win. All 10 supporters receive this medal.

♦Super Soldier - Receive this medal when you hit 250 Strength points.

♦Society Builder - Invite 10 people to the game, and have them reach level 10.

♦Top Fighter - Be a top 100 fighter for 30 days and receive this very prestigious medal.

Note: that these Medals will award you more than 5 Gold.

♦Dictator Trainee - Awarded to a dictator lasting 10 consecutive days in office

♦True Dictator - Awarded to a dictator lasting 30 consecutive days in office

♦Liberator: Awarded to the initiator of a successful revolution

Note: That these medals will reward you with CC and not Gold.

♦Mercenary - Citizen has defeated 25 enemies for 50 different countries.

♦Freedom fighter - Citizen has defeated a certain amount of enemies in a certain amount of victorious resistance wars by fighting for the resistance force.

♦True Patriot - Do loads of Damage for your Country to receive this honorable Medal. 🙂

| Closure

So if you decide to either achieve Gold or simply buy it, know that there is an effective way of receiving them, and investing in them. There is, in fact, another way to receive Gold, which we'll discuss during Closure. Let's focus on the Society Builder for a sec. Not only will you earn a medal for every 10 people that you invited with your referral link to eRepublik, but you'll receive 10% of all the Gold they will receive in their experience from achievements and purchases. It becomes a worthwhile investment and it also benefits the country you're in.

Remember that if you have all this Gold, the best way is to first spend the Gold you'll receive in the beginning to upgrade your TG to level 2. Then make sure you upgrade your Companies with the SS - Super Soldier Medal, and the Hard Working Medals afterward. Along the way when you receive Gold for being elected into Congress, or perhaps aiding a Revolution, and winning...its best to save the Gold, for those Promotional offers. Save Smart eUK, and outthink the Economic Module.
