Hello my dear Friend
I had the pleasure to be your MoD this month and I feel obligated to inform you of my activities. In this month we had good relations with other countries. First we decided that in order to have a congress we must control a region, so after the war with Colombia we spoke with their MoFA and signed a contract, by which they would give the Visayas back to us for the congress.
Then we spoke with Thailand and their MoFA told us that they don't need our regions and they will liberate them. We used the IRC channel and started the RWs with the knowledge of our friends in Thailand.
In this month we had good relations with other countries and fought for our allies. When the NE of Chile happened, I spoke with the MoFA of Colombia, so we decided that we give a region to Colombia and ruin the plan of Chile.
In this month we used the total of 13000cc for the war supplies, etc.
My only goal was to help Philippines and I think that I succeeded.

How about Chile and Indonesia? I heard even RoC wanted a region.
Indonesia wants Mindanao ... I suggest you guys make a pact with eIndo
The thing is, will Colombia let go of Mindanao?
Colombia wanted to close our borders with chile and indo, They talked with our CP about this plan,You can ask him but they give us Visayas instead Mindanao 🙂

i know,cause i was talking to the MoFA of RoC,and they made an agreement with colombia,the agreement was made 2minutes after chile proposed us as NE,so toto hasnt done anything...
also just to inform you all,we are giving oil resource on rent to RoC for 20 days,this is a better solution,cause we can trust them,not like indonesia
