Hello eAustrians!

Today I want to present you an interview about the actual situation in eAustria, including wars, alliances and and future plans - presented and analyzed by Fragreg.

eAustrian wars

How come that we've now finally got back Lower Austria?
Fragreg: It is a fruit of a long negotiation with eHungary. At the beginning it seemed easy to get this region back, but during the process some unforeseen events showed up. But, as you can see, we fixed it.

For all eAustrians who are not up to date: What's going on in Burgenland?
Fragreg: Currently eHungary keeps that region of us occupied. You know, it is a deep emotional issue for them, as well, as for most of us. So, the current situation has to be changed. Either they shall give it back, or pay something (in terms of gold, regular training wars etc.) to 'lend' it, until we got enough citizens to populate all of our regions.

And whats going on in Carinthia?
Fragreg: This one is a fresh topic: a couple of days ago eSlovenians asked me if they can make a temporary training war, using Carinthia. We discussed the terms, and they make the first battle. Currently we're attacking. Of course this 'war' will end if we want it, and we can get Carinthia back as soon as we show our intention to do so.


Training War & Alliances

Is there a ongoing training war planned where also eAustrians can fight in?
Fragreg: Both eHungary and eSlovenia asked us to make a permanent training war, where more Phoenix and Entente countries can join. After Phoenix decides who can host the training war with us, we will have a regular training option, and will close the other operation.

Is this maybe the first move for joining an alliance?
Fragreg: The decision of joining an alliance is not mine. We got a poll concerning about this topic, and it seems, more than 50% of our congress thinks we should join Entente. I'll appreciate the will of the congress, so negotiations will start soon. Having a regular TW is another topic, and i think, this offer is just fine for us.



Future Plans

What are the next steps for you as president of eAustria?
Fragreg: If we have got Lower Austria back, and the training war has started, I will focus on economy. Some elements of my plan working now, but the main results need time to come into fruition. The stimulation of the economy by cheap raw materials is on it's way, as well as we got a stable tax-system. I negotiating with various company moguls to achieve some more investments to eAustria.
