Benvolguts conciutadans d'eEgipte com a Ministre d'Economia de l'actual Govern em plau comunicar-vos que s'ha aconseguit arribar a un consens suficient amb la introducció d'esmenes a la proposta inicial entre el Govern, els congressites i els militants d'alguns partits que conformen la majoria del congrés per donar una ajuda als conciutadans catalans, egipcis i la resta de minories d'eEgipte que provindran d0una donació del tresor públic egipci producte dels nostres impostos i dels premis dels torneigs anteriors, la quantitat base serà de 250 monedes d'or i seran invertides en pujar els camps d'entrenament.

Degut a les experiències passades les donacions es faran directament als jugadors ja que creiem que és lo més assenyat després de les experiències passades en que suposats liders (electes o no) han acabat quedant-se l'or del grup que deien representar (aknoukh,ahmed,ita,edahi,aligual) alhora que reduim la possibilitat d'un intent de cop d'Estat o TO amb finalitats econòmiques.



Text integre de les ajudes amb totes les esmenes fetes:

PROPOSTA NABOAL MdF + canvis segons votacions majoritàries del Govern + canvis del congrés i militants als partits on s'ha buscat el suport:

1. Condicions generals per les donacions:
a) Tenir ciutadania egípcia ingame*

*S'estudiaran cas per cas aquells jugadors que faci temps que lluiten diàriament per l'Estat Català i que estiguin pendents de CS o fins i tot que no ho estiguin encara que sigui aplicant alguna penalització a determinar respecte els altres.

2. Condicions antimultis:
a) Mínim 50 dies de vida
b) Mínim 500 de força
c) Mínim 75% dels dies conectats segons egov
d) Mínim 100.000 de dany per Egipte = 1 "True Patriot"

3. Condicions de lleialtat al Govern:
Fent la petició i aceptant-la el jugador confirma l'autoritat Estatal implícitament i per tan, es compromet a no sabotejar les prioritats que aquest tingui a nivell diplomàtic i militar, en cas de no fer-ho serà rebutjada qualsevol petició d'ajuda pública que aquest faci en un futur.

4, S'exclourà del repartiment a lladres, còmplices i responsables últims d'anteriors Governs en el cas de que no s'hagi pogut descobrir l'autor dels fets per falta de proves concloents i hagin tingut la responsabilitat d'evitar el saqueig en el seu moment dins de les seves funcions públiques i hagin fallat així com aquells ciutadans que hagin donat ciutadania a alguns d'aquests ciutadans abans esmentats un cop ja havien comés la falta, a jugadors considerats TO per la majoria desde els inicis fins la data d'avui. (ita, Edahi, aligual, aknouk, ahmed, elbruch, Voice of the People, Gamal Abdel Nasser,...)

5. Requeriments: Activitat del 75% segons egov com s'ha dit abans +1 pantallasso dels camps d'entrenament abans de la petició on hi figuri la data actual, els camps i els diners que es disposa + un altre pantallasso posterior a les ofertes de Plató per confirmar que els diners rebuts s'han executat segons la petició d'ajuda fets i no en altres llocs si no es cumpleix la 2 condició el jugador quedarà vetat per a noves peticions posteriors fins que no desembolsi l'ajuda en el que va demanar i envii el SS pertinent.S'haurà d'omplir un gdoc amb formulari íntegrament i correctament, el govern podrà instigar el correcte enviament proactivament per no fer-ho farragós, tot serà enviat en català o en anglès si no sap català, les altres llengües no seran incloses ni tingudes en compte.

6. Tipus d'ajudes: Donacions, ja siguin integres o percentuals segons les quantitats d'ajudes que es demanin i dels calers que disposem i que aquests també puguin ser graduables a partir dels 300, complementant-ho amb calers privats, aquests si serien prèstecs pero sempre al 0% d'interés amb voluntat d'ajudar l'Estat i no la de fer negoci.

D'entra es destinarà íntegrament l'ajuda als camps d'entrenament en la següent proporció:
-200G amb l'objectiu d'aconseguir 4411
-100G amb l'objectiu d'aconseguir 4444
Revisable segons peticions i si aquestes son moltes enlloc de ser integres seran ajudes percentuals, el ciutadà haurà de buscar capital propi o privat per complementar la inversió que vol fer en els camps, s'ha de tenir l'aval del prestador per procedir a donar l'ajuda (no pot ser un jugador vetat per lladre o altresmotius) si el ciutadà necessita finançament extern, és obligatori que siguin prestecs sense interés, a no ser que el ciutadà ho preferexi i no tingui altre opció.

7. Totes les peticions passaran una criba per part del Ministeri d'Economia amb colaboració amb 1 membre exterior del Govern que avali la imparcialitat i transparència de les decisions preses per assegurar que tots cumpleixen les condicions anteriors i no hi ha cap favoritisme.
El Ministeri, així com el Govern es prenen la llibertat de poder canviar les quantitats a oferir un cop se sàpiguen les peticions
totals.

3. Conditions of loyalty to the Government:

5. Requirements: An activity of 75% according egov as mentioned earlier +1 screenshot of the player's training grounds before the request in which has to appear the current date, the grounds and the player's money as well as another screenshot after Plato's offers to confirm that the money received was spent accordingly to the request for help and not elsewhere. If a citizen require external financing it must be an interest-free loan, unless there's no other option and the citizen wants it like that.

7. All requests will pass a sieve by the Ministry of Economy in collaboration with an exterior government member to endorse the fairness and transparency of the decisions taken as well as to ensure the fulfillment of all the above conditions and that there is no favoritism.
The Ministry and the Government reserves the right to change the amounts offered once they know the total amount of requests.
