Specs: work with the Education team to create an official eCanadian eRepublik guide and tutorial, reach out to new eCanadians


Department of Finance
Bryan Alexander: Impressive writer and researcher of MU Funding anaylsis

Specs: create a budget, track country finances daily, bring forth relevant documents and expertise in Congress when appropriate

Possible Project: play the monetary market for extra revenue used for merc funds
