[LibertyCA] Supply update

With the recent departure of the Great PatHarper LibertyCA is now being being run by myself and UncleBuck. We have re-evaluated our supply system and decided it needs a change to keep LibertyCA alive.

LibertyCA will be moving to a "slave-pit" system where you must work to receive full supplies.

If you work in the pits and complete the previous days DO you will receive full supplies. 10Q6 tanks 480 health.

If you only work you will get 50% supplies. 5Q6 tanks and 240 health

If you only complete the DO you get 50% supplies. 5Q6 tanks and 240 health.

We will be checking the previous day for eligibility for supplies, and you will no longer be required to post for supplies in the MU feed.

LibertyCA is also working on a Timed Strike program that will either run independently, or join another Timed Strike program in place. We will be supplying Q6 tanks during these and will be based on how much energy is available. (full details TBD)

With all of the above offerings we are hoping LibertyCA has what it takes to become a top MU in eCanada and help in our battles and our allies.
