UPDATES FROM THE PARTY PRESIDENT

CONGRESS ELECTION

Firstly I present our candidates for Jan-Feb 2016. Our ballot includes congress members/former eAus Senators, cabinet members, presidents/prime ministers and ambassadors, as well as players who just want to give it a go.

COUNTRY PRESIDENT ELECTIONS

Eligible players vote on the 5th of the month for the office of Country President. Candidates must be filed before then for ballot inclusion. One of the party president's duties is to nominate or endorse a candidate for the nation's presidency. If you are interested or wish to express support for a fellow player - send me a message.

If I don't know a player's history or that history can't be relied upon for some reason I will make PTO enquiries so if a prospective candidate has a negative history in this regard/is on a watch list - best not to nominate.

** NOTE about role play laws on the dictator/democracy debate **

I'm just coming back into the game and I'm not buying into the infighting on the issue. Full stop.

PARTY/COUNTRY ACTIVITY

I'm offering what Callum, Flatty, Holtzy and I et al used to do and have regular Skype chats. This will be good to jump start the sense of community again and have a laugh.

TBH this incarnation of eRep is borderline ridiculous. We all weathered the storm in 2010 with the org rule and gold/cc changes, but the fundamental reform of authority makes life very unclear.

I'm sticking with what I know: politics. You gents have a better handle on Pluto's shenanigans.
