Join the new world

Hello dear readers!



I'm officialy running for the first time at the swiss presidency.

This month, Switzerland will have a key role on a diplomatic scale and I want to be in.

I'm building my campaign on several problems. here are they:
-Lack of any rule
-Lack of any government transparency and information
-Useless vice-Minister
-Inactivity of Switzerland on diplomacy
-No military power
-Boring game for new players which are leaving
-Always same people in the government

Let me develop those things.

1. Creating rules

We need rules, everywhere. We need to improve our immigration system. This is not normal some RL swiss have trouble to get the eSwiss citizenship. It is not normal to have a discrimination to their lvl. We need an immigration formular, which several people have the zccess to edit it and add new administrators. We need more efforts to secure our elections and avoid any PTO attempt.

2. Efforts on transparity

We are far. Our citizens barely receive no information at all from our government. This is going to change. Each ministry will be charged to write articles, helped by the minister of communication. I'm planing to create a website to centralise all informations about Switzerland. The current project can be seen here: http://tinyurl.com/eSwissOfficialWebsite

MoFA should publish regular update of the eWorld situation. MoD should publish at least every 3 days military orders. This one will use eGov tools which make his job easier.

MoE will publish economic reports so citizens could know our economic situation.

We will also implent several graphical stuff in our official articles with links to interesting things.

Every article should be translated in the rl swiss languages. We will do our best to find translators. Several new players are leaving because it is always speaking english here. Lets give them a reason to stay.

3. Giving a role to vice-Ministers

Currently, vice-Minister are just watching ministers working... Every article should now be approved first by the vice-Minister. It will get him involved in the Minister job. He will review it and correct it if there's something to correct. It is very important to take care about what we say, and capital for the foreign affairs.

Vice-Ministers will have the power to take initiatives on their own. They will help the Minister when he is not there, and they may try to get sometimes on irc. For example, vMoFA should be active on the swiss and foreign diplomatic channels and act as an official representative. This is why I'm choosing a team that I 100% trust.

4. Be diplomatic active

I don't hide it, my first goal will be to join the new SPolish alliance.

We will be active on diplomatic channels. DoE, ambassadors, MoFA, vMoFA, CP, vCP; all those members of the gouvernment are actors of our diplomacy.

I will now try to sign a brotherhood treaty with Italy, reinforcing our relations.

We will also take care of our good ally, Croatia, our long time allies, Chile & the USA or Turkey which fought a lot since years for Switzerland without having any relation with us. We will get closer to the SPolish block and the UK, former enemies.

Peace with Slovenia have been impossible since a long time. Last month, their CP proposed us a treaty where we could get 1 region and rent it for 20k cc which is 5x our monthly revenue! Toward that madness, we just can't sign any peace treaty with Slovenia. If the situation goes well, I will try to sign a non aggression pact with Slovenia where Slovenia agree to never attack Switzerland and let us live in peace.

5. Giving us a military power

We are currently 58/70 in the total damage country ranking. This is very bad. Maybe this is due to the fact that except Rican, we don't have any other tanker. We need to be attractfull for world tankers. Switzerland should warmely welcome some.

Our main problem there is the number of MU. I will , with the MoD team, evaluate the possibilites to create a universal force. I already thought about it and it should be also possible to grant us a sufficient supply for our soldiers.

With the new game rules, units are able to buy a damage booster for it's members. It would be very interesting to have a unit for all swiss fighters and activate a booster during a common strike with q7 supplies.

There's not that much solution, we have to forget about our MU indentities and join a common striking force to have enough power. It would help our country to deal more damage in our battles, but it would help also every citizens of the unit.

6. Bring fun

Ministry of Fun will start thinking about games! Swiss citizens would have regularly game where they can play for free and try to earn prices!

This would be very interesting and would bring activity and fun!

The ministers of fun will reflect on the game and will regularly put in place games.

7. Completly changing government faces

Through years, it has always been the same people in place acting in the government. This has bored some new citizens and make them angry.

This is about to change because I'm building a government where we see new people. But I strongly beleive they could even be very efficient. I trust all them as I trust myself and they will have the motivation to prove themself.
