[JP] - Welfare and Responsability

Day 2,165, 06:00 Published in Japan Portugal by Lucifel

Winter is coming to Japan!

It is my personal belief that i should avoid creating wars or opening new holes in the community, so i’m pointing a previous note to the remaining article in its content it serves no purpose and it’s not intended to offend anyone in specific, being only my own opinion.

This being said i’ll start to write about what seems to be in everyone’s mind.

[Political Party Take Over]:
(most commonly known as PTO)

The facts being stated in some of the media, refer to the situation of a group of people that have been trying to take over the political parties in Japan.

Starting by viewing the Political Party Presidents by Ranking:

#1

#2

#3

#4

#5

#6

#7

This rank shows the biggest parties in Japan, in which the top 5 parties will be allowed to elect their members for Congress representation.

The problem started because of the japanese citizens (of serbian origin) and i would to emphasize «japanese citizens», because we all are japanese citizens despite the Real Life Country we come from.

So referring to those in particular, they have been setting some different pattern to the “japanese culture” in a way that a large part of the population grew in discontent about their way of living in Japan.

Personally, i see this as an aspect that can contribute to the diversity of the community inside Japan, but also there are some basic rules (in my opinion) that should be respected.

Example?

Media Articles in Serbian «-» this is perhaps the most clear sign of distinction between the different nationalities inside Japan, no other citizen does it, and since it’s considered a basic rule they didn’t have the idea of going that way.
Although there are some considerable ammount of Serbian RL citizens, this doesn’t mean that these type of articles should be promoted, because if they don’t include an english version, the intent of the article will be immediatly: only readable for serbian speakers.

(also i won’t admit the argument of: “use google translate”, just because no other citizen makes this type of difference in media article and i don’t see why a single nationality should be an exception)

On other aspect reporting to the fact that 2 of the top 7 Parties in Japan are Presided by Serbian RL Citizens, it doesn’t concern me in this initial thought, and that is due to the fact that being president or congressman will always include that they have (or should) to work for the Country welfare.

If they choose not to, then they should be substituted by other worthy party members able to do the job.

[Q: Well what if a Serbian RL citizen goes for President?]

Well they already did, and even though it wasn’t a bright Government (just because of some lack of time of the CP, and some poor diplomatic skills of some of the members, that aren’t related to being Serbian RL or not, the members weren’t right picked). We were able to pull through the whole Government and to go to new elections like we do monthly.

[Wake up call]:

To all Japanese Citizens, and all others that may be concerned about Japan.

Politics is based on the principle of participation, and not on a base of forcing some people to work in behalf of all others. It is up to each and every single citizen to try and make a difference by giving some of their free time towards the debate and analysis of all laws and decisions that both President and Congress take.

That isn’t at all what the majority does, most of them being almost 100% dependant on articles which the Government publishes regularly as a way to stay up to date with the most recent events inside and outside Japan.

I consider that to be a mistake. Why? Because that places no real pressure on the rulers and our representatives to be amazing at their jobs, no one is really caring on the way things are going to pull off. The majority of Japanese Citizens don’t find Politics appealing though it’s by Politics that all is done: Wars, M.P.P., Taxes, etc.

[Summoning]:

This Country is yours! It is yours to keep and to protect. All citizens should be able to rise and speak and fight for what they believe Japan should be.

Yours trully,

Lucifel
