Dear Allies and citizens of eROC,

Greetings, I am writing to you about the policy and actions occur in these days, especially the NE proposal of eUSA.

First of all, I have to offer my greatest appreciation and frankness to our allies:

TIGROVI

Not only these two Military Units, but also the old friend from long time ago, eChina.

Also, I need to present my gratitude to the MoD of eC Didei. Since they were helped us out to liberate Southern Taiwan from Brazil, and made us a chance to propose the NE proposal to USA. Thank you my friends.

There are two reasons that we making this decision,

1. We want to provide a chance to help the new citizens to finish their NE missions.
2. Enlarge the advantages that produce by our allies.

That’s why we make this proposal, and we will open the fight in this weekend.

Last but not least, I am really delighted that we have so many allies in this world. Thanks to all our allies!

諸位國民日安：

想必大家都已經知道我國正式向美國宣戰。並且已經在今天早些的時候通過了！

不過文章的一開始，我必須要先感謝兩個盟友軍團。

FAR

TIGROVI

以及我們長時間一直陪著我們在東亞奮鬥的老朋友eC。

感謝eC國防部長 Didei 策劃這次起義，而且在縝密的計畫下，執行的相當成功。

所以我們才有辦法在南台灣取回一塊領土，並且順利的提起天敵法案向美國宣戰。

本次提起NE法案的緣由有二。

1. 我們希望延續盟友的努力，在將巴西逐出亞洲的策略之後，也給美方壓力，希望可以迫使美方歸還我國領土。

2. 新人潮進來的玩家們，想必還沒有解一定會有的天敵任務。我們也希望藉著這次機會，讓新玩家可以有機會在本週就解決掉這個可遇不可求的新手任務（天敵戰可不是天天有的啊）

因此我們預計在本週末之前就啟動對美方天敵戰爭。

屆時我希望所有的軍團都把軍任設到該戰場，讓我們正式來摸摸美國的底細吧！
