Preamble to the Constitution of the Human Aims for High Avocation

..."Global Humanitarian Organization for Harmonious Social, Economic and Secure Relations Between the Nations of the NEW WORLD"

We the Players of the eUnited Citizens of America...In Order to form a more perfect NEW WORLD, establish Justice, insure Global Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Human Aims for High Avocation...hereafter to be referred to, simply, as the "H.A.H.A.".

Article I: Legislative Power

Article Four describes the relationship between the organization and the citizens of the New World. For instance, it requires the H.A.H.A. to give "full faith and credit" to the public acts, records, and ALL proceedings of any other organization which seeketh betterment for ALL citizens. Congress ( H.A.H.A. Board of Directors and the Council of Jedi Knights)
is permitted to regulate the manner in which proof of such acts, records, or proceedings may be admitted. The "privileges and immunities" clause prohibits this ORGANIZATION from discriminating against citizens of other 'just' and 'positive' organizations, in favor of resident citizens/members (e.g., having tougher penalties for members of (unnamed organization) convicted of crimes within (a second organization). It also establishes extradition between the spheres of influence, as well as laying down a legal basis for freedom of movement between activities of separate orgs.


Article V: Amendments
An amendment may be ratified in three ways:

1. The new amendment may be approved by two-thirds of both houses of Congress, then sent to the Council of Presidential Advisors for approval.
2. Two-thirds of the Congress may apply for a constitutional convention to consider amendments, which are then sent to the Legislature for approval.
3. The Executive Branch may require ratification by special convention.

Statement of Purpose

. The H.A.H.A. was first described by individual yet commonly motivated Noob Citizens approximately days prior to the beginning of the "Great World War" of the summer of '09.
During those trying days...at times when MANY citizens felt that the WORLD was crumbling...
