[GT]Congress Elections - Preliminary Results & Analysis

These are Preliminary Results from Sundays Congress Elections. Things may change slightly still but these stats will remain generally close (and interesting for a while at least... well until the official results.)
For those who can’t quite work out from the above Gif what the changes in percentage of the votes are:
While these are just early results and may change, it’s clear that the big winner of the day is UKPP who have increased their total vote and percentage quite significantly, While the big loser of the day seems to be TUP but not far ahead is New Era with both losing a similar percentage of the vote.
UKPP’s success is almost certainly down to an inspired recruitment surge in the last month and consequently taking first spot. ESO had a fairly good rise in vote share possibly inpart due to the support of PCP. The resurgent UKRP have picked up their vote by a small percentage but total votes have jumped quite nicely.
After an impressive entrance into congress last month New Era have made a smaller impact this month despite support from WRP. And TUP have dropped a fair percent of the total votes this month but that’s more down to other parties, such as UKPP and ESO, picking up the pace this month than a big drop off in TUP votes.
It might be interesting to note that both the parties that got a lesser vote share have also been involved in a pretty heated media war.
Well that’s my quick take on the initial results for congress elections this month, Now we’ll have to wait to see what happens!

UKPP recruitment was very strong this month. It is to be hoped they keep all those players involved.
WRP support for NE isn't that big. WRP has had 4 votes in PP elections. When you compare votes in PP elections NE has gained a lot of votes.
PCP support for ESO is important, PCP has had 25 votes in PP elections.
Result in seats UKPP 11, TUP 10, NE 8 (1 WRP), ESO 7 (2 PCP), UKRP 4.
Only elimination of illegal votes will change this (or last 8 minutes votes).
Interesting analysis. How do you think it will play towards policy building this month? TUP and UKPP *can* control the senate if they work together... but how likely is it that they will do so?

In my opinion it'll be about which party has the strongest, experienced and most outspoken MP's to swing the debate in either direction should their be any contentious decisions. But as always the next President and their cabinet will have a huge impact on whatever happens anyway.

In fact I think New Era done better this month ! due to the fact we got alot of PCP votes last month when PCP wasn't running anyone in congress elections , when PCP move to ESO we lost some vote's , so we was battling 2 parties into 3rd which we took

The UKPP 185 votes 27.99%
The Unity Party 164 votes 24.81%
New Era 134 votes 20.27%
Every Single One 120 votes 18.15%
UK Reform Party 58 votes 8.77%
New Era had the PCP vote last month, this month ESO out bidded us for that. This explains the fall in seats/votes for New Era as PCP have enough voters for 2 congressmen.
We got 10 last month but if you subtract PCP that means that we got 8 on our own. Since we got 8 this month, the New Era vote actually stayed steady.
Since New Era is worth 7 seats going by party membership, getting 8 is a good result!
A great election for the rank 3-6 parties. I would just like to qualify the point about PCP supporting NE last month, this certainly wasn't the absolute party line. When we're not running our own candidates, I think most PCP members vote with their own conscience and knowledge. Obviously party members without exception vote PCP (or umbrella larger party, as in ESO this month) where our candidates are running and they know about it.
