[eUruguay] TW with eSA ES/EN

Luego de terminar de conquistar las colonias nigerianas, teniendo en cuenta el torneo que se aproxima y a su vez buscando garantizar a nuestros eCiudadanos que tengan batallas activas donde pegar por su ePais, se entablaron conversaciones con eSudafrica con el objetivo de iniciar una TW.

Se estableció un acuerdo, de manera de que ambos países se vean beneficiados con el mismo teniendo los siguientes pasos y condiciones:

1- eUruguay tira NE a eSA.
2- eUruguay ataca WC y pierde.
3- eSA ataca Charrua y gana.
4- eSA ataca colonia nigeriana de eUruguay y pierde.
5- Se libera Charrua mediante RW, eSA devuelve los impuestos.
6- Se continua con el TW, y en caso de que alguna region sea conquistada (por cualquiera de los dos paises), se devuelven los impuestos.

After finishing conquering nigerian colonies, considering the next tournament and seeking to ensure our eCitizens active battles to fight for theri's eCountry, we have started talking to eSouthAfrica in order to have a TW.

We have reached an agreement so that both caountries are benefit. It has the following steps and conditions:

1- eUruguay NE's eSA.
2- eUruguay attacks WC and loose.
3- eSA attacks Charrua and wins.
4- eSA attacks eUruguay colonies and loose.
5- eUruguay gets Charrua back by wining RW, eSA gives eUruguay's taxes back.
6- The TW is being continued. In case any region is conquered (by any of the involved countries), taxes will be given back.
