Yo,

As I can't make the debate on IRC tonight, I thought I would write a FAQ about my system.

Will this system maintain congress?

No. It will replace congress with a 10 person council selected by the top 5 party presidents.

What will the council do?

The council will inform the chosen, democratically elected dictator.

Can the council change?

Yes. If a party president is elected and wishes to change their two council members, they can. The council can also vote out a member.

How will the council advise the dictator?

They will advise the dictator by telling them if a military plan is worth doing or if a tax change will be beneficial and all that.

Will the CP do anything?

The CP will be used as a head of council, and within the council specialists for each of the ministries will be selected to undertake jobs like writing articles, doing negotiations with allies and setting CO's.

I like this but maybe 2 council members from top 5 parties. 10 different parties seems a bit much. And I'm pretty sure no.10 only has like 1 member so isn't much of an influence
