Greetings,

As I mentioned previously, Grow With Us is a unit founded by ESO. It will be funded and run by ESO in the interim, whilst we find a procedure and process that is as seamless and painless as the systems we created to run The Legion. With this article, I am pleased to announce we are officially taking applicants for the Grow With Us scheme, at present limited to 40 applicants.

This will grow as more suppliers volunteer, and as more companies become available to us. Grow With Us is a unit which not only offers hugely attractive daily salaries (over 7 times the current UK market rate), but also shares the profits of companies with its members; the 5 most active members each week will receive a £1200 reward. However the help does not stop there.

GWU will also offer players access to some of the most expansive and useful guides, not just on how the game functions, but also on how to take advantage of the early stages of the game and the copious amounts of free gold on offer. These guides will not just be about how the game works, not just about up-to-date information about how government works, where power lies and how to get into positions of power. These guides will form what is nothing short of a step by step guide on how to get the most of out eRepublik. Political power, economic freedom, and the knowledge underpinning both to truly be a future leader of a party, a country, even an alliance.

These guides will be written not just by players such as myself who have lead parties, countries and alliances, but also by Government officials from all over the world - by the players who shape and influence countries today.

The requirements:

- ESO Membership
- Under level 29
- 'Training Grounds' under Quality (level) 3. [* the free Training Ground building)
- Not currently self sufficient in food
- Willing and able to follow a predetermined 'growth plan' that will see your wages, your GWU prizes and bonuses, as well as any gold earned put towards upgrading your account towards self sufficiency as set out by the GWU standards.

To clarify the last point, GWU will basically help to fund your progression, so long as you agree that the money we use to do this, as well as any money that you earn through medals or otherwise, will also be put towards this - the program can only help a limited amount of players, and thus, its imperative that you follow our spending instructions: if you waste your GBP or GOLD, this means that other players will be missing out whilst we replenish the money you used.
