[DPJ] Organizational changes proposal!

Dear DPJ members,

First of all let me congratulate the Japanese government, the Japanese fighters and our Allies for their victory in the Kanto Campaign.

Now back to the main topic of this article: Some changes.

Organizational changes (party statute draft)

Political titles and duties:

1.Party President is defined by in-game mechanics. Its main duty is the political line of the Party.
2.Vice-president is the runner-up in the last party elections. If there isn't any, the party member with the highest experience points is the VP.
3.Councillor is the former PP. If there isn't any, the party member with the highest experience points is the C.
4.Secreary General is an active player selected by the PP. His duty is to manage the party treasury and to observe party elections.
5.Spokeman is an active player selected by the PP. His duty is to find new mebers, support U25 with funds from the party treasury.

Party treasury:

Anyone who wants to run for a public office (PP, Congress or CP) under the banner of the DPJ will have to deposit a election fee of 1 Gold, in form of a donation to the Secretary General of the DPJ at least 3 days before election day.
If the candidate wins the fee will be kept to finance party projects, if he loses it will be returned to him within 2 days. If a candidate does not pay and still runs for the DPJ, he will be regarded as a "rogue candidate" or a "PTO threat".
The treasury will be used only to support new (U25) members of the party.

Motion of confidence:

The ingame rules give to the PP absolute power over the party; yet the DPJ is guided by democratic principles. Because of this changes that affect the identity of the party: its name, its symbols and its statute can only be changed through a motion of confidence. A candidate must inform the members during the campaign of any changes he plans. If he wins the race for PP (the confidence) the changes are automatically accepted. Any changes during the presidency without a motion of confidence (not revealed during the campaign) are considered a breach of statute. The PP retains the authority over political decisions: CP support, congressional priority list, alliances etc.

Party Symbols

The logo of the DPJ remains the same.
The motto is kind of boring so it will be changed. Ideas for a new motto are very much appreciated in the comment's section (5 Q7 for the best one).
Happy from Fairy Tail has been chosen as the official mascott of the DPJ. It fits our party colors and our mood.

I will publish a party program before congress elections.

This changes will pass through a motion. If i win the PP election, i consider the proposal as accepted. If not, business as usual.

A last note. I will run for a second term, also my final term. So if anybody, member of the DPJ, is interested in running for PP next month or has political ambitions of any kind the positions of Secretary General and Spokeman are a good chance to show some activity for the party.
