[Dictator/CP] Training War

I apologize for the inactivity but I'm busy in stuff so I haven't been able to devote as much time as I should to eRepublik, however, rest assured that the matters are in safe hands of me and my cabinet.

Just recently, Hoozuki handed over the Dictatorship to me after his term was complete and went off to the eUS for a break. The position of MoFA was left empty and for the time being, it has been handed over to Sparkfyre but if you are interested in that position, you just need to drop me a message.

Training War:
A few days ago, our MoD, Ghost of Serbia was contacted by the Croatian President with an offer for a training war. In the interest of our nation to benefit from the ongoing event and to get a medals, I decided to go ahead with the plan on the advice of the MoD and the acting MoFA. I have NE'd Croatia and we will soon be attacking one of their regions, which will be followed by them attacking ours and later on, we'll get back our region through a Resistance War.
