[CW] My run for second term as PP "Oinyo"

Good day everyone

A lot has happened over the last month. We have successfully moved over to a full council system and have made great progress on how the clan works.

We updated our charter
We updated our logo
We put the mentorship program into effect
We successfully put the prelim voting system into place
We expanded our votes for CP to include those outside our party
We started the "All members have a say in how the party evolves" system
We are starting to get more involved with the other clans and have been trying to learn more from them so that we in turn can improve ourselves
Plus we are currently taking massive steps to create an internal structure where members can apply for in clan jobs. If a reward for job well done will be provided is still in discussion. (Mochans great idea)

We are changing, Clan Wolf is changing. We are evolving into a new clan that speaks to its members as well as all other players.

We are not the stubborn that grip the past and ride it to the bottom of the ocean. We are evolving and making sure everyone is on board and agreeing with the direction we are taking. As you have seen we do have times when we cannot agree with a change.. But then you also saw us talk it out for a week and come to an even better evolved version of the idea that everyone is behind. This is our future. This is what makes the new CW great and this is what I always wanted for us.

A vote for me is a vote for more of what you saw last month!

As I have met every campaign promise for last term this term I only have 1 new one.
1. Keep on the same path as we are on.

Lets not forget you failed to nominate the winner of your CP Primary in game, and thus wasted 75 votes on an also ran non candidate

and your Party turned out less than 40% in game vote for the alliance referendum

Not a lot to hang your hat on....

I owned up to that and made a public apology multiple times to the MDP, CPF and UPC.
This was our first term ever electing outside the clan and I made the mistake of thinking I would not bump into anything preventing me from getting home in time to change that.

If you were to see our feed the day of the election though you will have noticed we were extremely vocal that Chewy won the prelims and also after it was all said and done we made changes to the system to ensure it would not happen again.

As for the alliance referendum everyone has the right to vote as well as not to vote.. If someone cannot make up their mind or they have personal reasons to not vote then they have every right not to.

Good lord look at congress in real life. it is a nearly empty room during a large portion of votes.

No Rolo. We have a lot to be proud of and we are making real progress here.
