Hello CrOmegaLand,
this is the “CrOmega Update” article. As you can see I’m writing it from eChile, I spent a lot of my private resources and I really needed Chilean bonuses to get back on my feet. This article is written to inform all our members of changes made in our Military Unit. After facing big losses we had to find sustainable way of operating MU. We’ve had meeting in Monday 7th April where some decisions were made.

1. CrOmega will no longer supply its member as we used to. Supplies will be given only on coordinated strikes which will take place almost every night. Working in CrOmega communes is no longer requirement to stay in MU.

2. CrOmega will form three groups: Educational, economical and diplomacy group. Each one of those groups will have a duty. Goal of every group will be to strenghen our MU. Any active CrOmega member can (and should) apply to one of the groups. This groups will be further explained in this article.

3. CrOmega will focus more on making profit for MU, teaching our younger members of some skills and will provide mutual help between our members in all the ways.

4. CrOmega will not accept any new members. Recruitment is closed for now.

5.CrOmega is becoming civil-paramilitary unit. It means our members will be encouraged both to develop themselves as individuals and to make contribution to their MU and eIreland and its allies. We’ll teach our members how to make money for themselves, we’ll teach our members how to invest their money, how to play this game smart. CrOmega members will have obligation to fight only for Aurora and other allies. We’ll also organise coordinated strikes every evening in 11:30 erep time.

6. CrOmega will encourage all its members to take eIrish citizenship.



GROUPS

1. Economy group

This group will be in charge in making money for CrOmega. They will trade products, sell them for bigger prices and re-invest the money again. We’re going to create “CrOmega investment fund” which will be used by this group to make more money for the MU and our members. More money makes even more money. This group will be led by economical experts who we trust the most. Anyone who want to help can become part of the group. More members means more markets to trade on and it means faster profit for Military Unit.

Money made by this group will be either shared among members or invested in our companies so we can get the tanks for coordinated strikes. We’ll also return to some old habits such as “Donations Friday” and “Investing in our members” projects.

2. Education group

This group will be in charge of writing tutorials and working with our members who doesn’t have huge knowledge of game mechanics or ways to play the best. All our members will be able to apply to get help from this guys, they will support members who applied in all ways, such as advisory help, financial help or anything else.

3. Diplomatic group

This group will be made of those expirienced in eWorld events, game mechanics, wars and diplomacy. There will be numerous goals this group will have. Some of them are: Writing informational articles about what’s happening in the eWorld and explaining why is it happening, observing eWorld’s situation, representing CrOmega worldwide, arraning coordinated strikes with some other MU’s. They will also help Irish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in anything they could, all this members will have to apply for ambassador duties in eIreland.



SUMMARY:

-All members should join MU in coordinated strikes / meetings every day in 11:30 ET
-Working is no longer required to stay member of CrOmega
-There’s no more supplies for working in the company, supplies will be given only on the strikes.
-Each CrOmega member should apply in one of the groups which suits him best
-Each CrOmega member must accept CrOmega’s principles such as helping every member, contributing to the Military Unit and acting like the part of the family.
-CrOmega will support every our member anyway we can

*Note: Job is on work donation base, it’s not required but any member is more than welcomed to work in commune. It’s purely on volonteer base.

Wearing our avatar and visiting IRC channel especially in the strike time is still the requirement to stay in CrOmega, we’ll remove all members who don’t have avatar or who haven’t been on IRC for a long time.



FINAL WORDS:

CrOmega (MU and individuals) spent fortune in Irish battles against Slovenia and in the Irish Airstrike, that’s the main reason we have to cut off some supplies. We’ve been through many difficult times, we always stayed together, we always fought back any trouble we’ve had, we’ll survive this issues to. Who knows, maybe it’s better like this, we’ll attract and keep those who aren’t part of The Family just for the supplies, we’ll get rid off the deadwood.

CrOmega has alwas been acting as a family, we’ve always supported our country, both eCroata and now eIreland. We’ll keep doing this. eIrish strenght and growth is our main goal, we’ll do anything we could to make our country stronger and our allies happier with us. Ireland and Aurora are the things it worth playing this game for..

We’re still young, we’re again poor, but we’re rich. Why? Because we have members any MU would wish to have. We’re made of steel, we’re fighting like the true “Fighting Irish” and we’ll never surrender. We are the Undefeated Army.
