[CPF] Market Supply and Command
TheSmoke
This one is for Tom Joad,
Its simple supply and command guys, you know, economics! Hey everywho, just a quick little heads up to Canadians that there is a potential for drastic market increase for the next few days. As we opened up another week of battle leaderboards, we see that this week has some much more tasty rewards. One being the ability to recover 70 or so energy every 6 minutes, and the higher prestige levels reward large amounts of gold, so supplies will be needed for people tanking.
Today we can already see increases across almost all food and weapon qualities. Most notably is Q7 weapons which increased from $9.98 to $11.20 or a 12% increase from yesterday prices. As stated food prices have rose, but are holding at roughly their usual cost. However, the reserves at those prices on the markets are smaller than normal and thus susceptible to change.
As you can see, Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 all cost $0.03 per energy recovered.
With current wages, WRM and market prices, producing your own weapons is not profitable.
With the eRep economy, nothing is certain, but we have seen where tournaments or similar events such as this affect the markets in predictable trends. So it is our suggestion that Canadians build up some reserves now, shop around for best prices, or see if it is more affordable to produce your own weapons via employees!
That is all for now folks!
Cheers,
The CPF Team

buy! sell! sell! buy?
Been hording Q7s so I can unload them at a good price. $11 CAD is still pretty low, hoping they get back to levels when they were $14-16 CAD. Might as well use them if I can't turn them for a profit. I barely make more money selling Q7s than the raws it takes to produce them.
Added a picture in the article for you to look at, should help with whether you are, or can be profitable!

You're missing sisterhood beside brotherhood...
I often call the great outdoors mother nature, yet don't believe it has anything to do with either of the sexes 😉
A mother isn't necessarily a female though.
Nor do I think a brotherhood has to only be males
I think brother and sister are strictly one gender. You don't call a male a sister or a girl a brother, do you? The only reason I said mother isn't necessarily female is because when a person who raises you shows the traits of the stereotypical mother, they may be identified as a 'Mother.'
It seems you are trying to argue that Brotherhood only means male and excludes females, but then say that you may identify a male as a "mother" figure because they display traits that should be considered only normal for a female. Seems contradicting?
