[CP] Weekly Summary [ENG/HEB]

Dear Israeli Citizens.
My first week as a president have passed.
Today i am going to summarize the past week in our country.

I started my presidency on day 2086, one day before the beginning of the “National Shield” tournament. During the first day we were working mainly on the Foreign Affairs domain. We were working in cooperation with Saudi Arabian President in order to reach an agreement that will satisfy both sides. After couple of hours, we managed to reach an agreement which will help both sides to progress in the tournament in order to obtain gold. Another target of this agreement was to give our citizens the option to fight for they country during the tournament and obtain personal prizes. Although we had problems in the agreement, we successfully solved them by talks. Our situation in the tournament is not so good, our rank is low but at least we managed to obtain 700 Gold until now. We hope to see better results in the next days.

Discussion & citizens Integrating - This week we started a new way of discussion between the citizens on various topics as the new Tax. We gave our citizens the option to affect on our decision making and we are going to continue with it during the month.

Now lets see our ministries work during the first week of the term.


Ministry Of Finance

The Finance Ministry had an hard and effective week.
The term started with Combination of the Israeli Bank together with the Finance Ministry. Due to This transference, we had Three organization we can rent and option to give higher loans. The ministry renewed 2 organizations renting contracts and rented another organization for a time period of one month. The Ministry started to analyze the effects of the new tax and lowered the tax value to 5% after a discussion in the congress. The MoF will continue to analyze the new tax effects and change it’s value according to the situation. During the Tournament, Our country’s treasury obtained 700 Gold, which is going to be transferred to the Ministry’s organization in the next days. Also, we continue to follow our incomes and outcomes, collect the gold from the congressional medals and look for trade options in order to make more money.


Ministry Of Interior

The Interior Ministry Team did a good job during the first week.
They started a new supply project which gives Israeli citizens, on Divisions 1-2, Food on daily basis. Moreover, they started to work on the Mentors Project which is going to be combined with the eIDF soon. As you may noticed already, Israel has now a new welcome message. The new message intended to give newbies the option to get help by more that one way. In the next days the ministry is going to update the population registry and set active mentors in the eIDF. “Our citizens is our main power”.


Ministry Of Communication

The Communication Ministry had a quiet but effective week.
The Ministry has two translators who are responsible for a free translation service for Israeli citizens. Also, the ministry is hiring Israeli citizens who want to become a better writers in order to help them make a better articles in the future. Those citizens may help in the ministry during their studies. In the next days the ministry is going to publish his first interview.During the month we are going to attract more citizens to take part on the decision making by discussion in an Online Docs files. Communication between citizens is very important for our unity, especially in small country like ours.


Ministry Of Foreign Affairs

The first week in the Foreign Affairs Ministry was good.
We started the month with an agreement with Saudi Arabia in order to open a Training War during the “National Shield” Tournament. Israel has signed two MPP’s in the first days of the term: Turkey & Argentina. The Ambassadors project, which is an important tool to strengthen our relations with other countries, has started yesterday. Currently, Israel has 15 Ambassadors. In the next days the Ministry is going to continue writing out political guide with an help from other governments. “Relations are our strongest friends”.


Ministry Of Defense

The first week in the Defense Ministry went well.
The Ministry published fighting orders during the week in order to inform our citizens where should they fight and what is the priorities. We liberated Hail and than conquered it back. The supply project has started as well. Currently, the project limited for small amount of citizens, but we are going to promote the project and let more citizens get daily weapons supply. The eIDF Continues with his old supply project. Also, the eIDF is going to have more “Publication” during the month in order to attract newbies to join the unit and get help from the mentors, which will join the unit in the upcoming week. In the next days the ministry will inform about another changes in the eIDF.

לכבוד אזרחי ישראל
השבוע הראשון שלי כנשיא חלף
היום אני עומד לסכם את השבוע החולף במדינתנו

את הקדנציה שלי התחלתי ביום 2086, יום אחד לפני תחילת טורניר "המגן הלאומי". במהלך היום הראשון עבדנו בעיקר בתחום יחסי החוץ. עבדנו בשיתוף פעולה עם נשיא ערב הסעודית על מנת להגיע להסכם שירצה את שני הצדדים. לאחר מספר שעות הגענו להסכם שיעזור לשני הצדדים להתקדם בתחרות במטרה להשיג יותר זהב. מטרה נוספת בהסכם הנה לתת לאזרחינו את האפשרות להלחם למען מדינתם בזמן התחרות ולזכות בפרסים אישיים. למרות שחווינו מספר בעיות במהלך ההסכם, בסופו של דבר פתרנו אותן דרך דיבורים. המצב שלנו בטורניר אינו מזהיר, אנחנו במיקום נמוך אבל לפחות הצלחנו להשיג 700 זהב נכון לעכשיו. אנחנו מקווים לראות תוצאות טובות יותר בימים הקרובים

דיון ושילוב אזרחים - השבוע התחלנו בדרך חדשה לעריכת דיון בין האזרחים על נושאים מסוימים במשחק כמו המס החדש למשל. נתנו לאזרחים שלנו את האפשרות להשפיע על קבלת ההחלטות ואנחנו נמשיך לעשות זאת. כעת, בוא נראה את עבודת המשרדים שלנו במהלך השבוע הראשון בקדנציה


משרד האוצר

למשרד האוצר הייתה עבודה קשה ואפקטיבית השבוע
הקדנציה התחילה בשילוב בנק ישראל עם משרד האוצר. בשל העברה זאת התפנה לנו ארגון נוסף אותו נוכל להשכיר ונפתחה לנו האפשרות לתת הלוואות גבוהות יותר לאזרחים. המשרד חידש שני חוזים להשכרת ארגונים וחתם על הסכם השכרת ארגון חדש. בנוסף, המשחק התחיל לנתח את השפעות המס החדש והוריד את ערכו ל5% לאחר דיון בכנסת. משרד האוצר ימשיך לנתח את השפעות המס החדש וישנו את ערכו בהתאם לנסיבות. במהלך הטורניר מדינתנו זכתה ב700 זהב, אשר יועברו לארגון האוצר בימים הקרובים. בין היתר המשרד ימשיך לעקוב אחר הוצאות והכנסות המדינה, יאסוף את הזהב ממדליות חברי הכנסת וימשיך לסחור במטרה להגדיל את הרווחים של המדינה


משרד הפנים

צוות משרד הפנים עשה עבודה טובה במהלך השבוע הראשון
צוות המשרד התחיל פרויקט אספקה לאומי אשר מביא לאזרחים ישראלים, בדיוויזיות ,1-2 אוכל על בסיס יומי. בנוסף, המשרד החל בעבודה על פרויקט החונכות אשר הולך להשתלב יחד עם צה"ל בקרוב. כפי שכנראה הבחנתם, לישראל יש כעת הודעת פתיחה חדשה. ההודעה החדשה נועדה לתת לשחקנים חדשים את האפשרות לקבל עזרה ביותר מדרך אחת. בימים הקרובים המשרד יעדכן את מרשם האוכלוסין ויציב חונכים פעילים בצה"ל. "האזרחים שלנו הם מקור הכוח העיקרי שלנו"


משרד התקשורת

למשרד התקשורת היה שבוע שקט אך אפקטיבי
למשרד יש שני מתרגמים אשר אחראים על שירות תרגום חופשי המיועד לאזרחים ישראלים. בנוסף, המשרד מעסיק אזרחים ישראלים, שרוצים להפוך לכתבים טובים יותר, בנטרה לעזור להם ליצור כתבות איכותיות יותר בעתיד. אותם אזרחים יכולים לעזור במשרד במהלך לימודיהם. בימים הקרובים המשרד יפרסם את הראיון הראשון שלו לחודש זה. במהלך החודש אנו אומרים למשוך יותר אזרחים לקחת חלק בקבלת ההחלטות במדינה ע"י דיון בקובץ דוקס מקוון. תקשורת בין אזרחים הנה כלי חשוב למען האחדות שלנו, במיוחד במדינה קטנה כמו שלנו


משרד החוץ

השבוע הראשון במשרד החוץ היה טוב
התחלנו את החודש בהסכם עם ערב הסעודית במטרה לפתוח במלחמת אימונים במהלך תחרות "המגן הלאומי". ישראל חתמה על שתי בריתות הגנה הדדיות: טורקיה וארגנטינה. פרויקט השגרירים, אשר כלי חשוב בחיזוק היחסים שלנו עם מדינות אחרות, החל אתמול. נכון לעכשיו יש לנו 15 שגרירים. בימים הקרובים המשרד ימשיך לכתוב את המדריך הפוליטי עם עזרה של ממשלות אחרות. "יחסים הם החברים החזקים ביותר שלנו"


משרד הבטחון

השבוע הראשון במשרד הביטחון הלך טוב
המשרד פרסם (וימשיך לפרסם) הוראות לחימה במהלך השבוע במטרה לידע את אזרחינו היכן הם אמורים להלחם ומהו סדר העדיפויות שלנו. שחררנו את אזור הא'יל ולאחר מכן כבשנו אותו חזרה. פרויקט האספקה החל גם כן, אך כרגע הוא מוגבל לכמות קטנה של אזרחים, אך אנו עומדים לקדם אותו ולתת ליותר אזרחים אפשרות לקבל נשק על בסיס יומי. צה"ל ממשיך בפרויקט האספקה הישן שלו. בנוסף, צה"ל עומד לקבל יותר פרסום במהלך חודש זה במטרה למשוך אזרחים חדשים להצטרף ליחידה ולקבל עזרה מהחונכים בה, אשר יצטרפו
ליחידה בימים הקרובים. המשרד יעדכן לגבי שינויים נוספים בצ"הל בימים הקרובים
