Salut madams and monsieurs,
The time has come. The time has come for all Swiss men and women to come together as one; to come together and defend our honor, our community, our home. Last month, Switzerland spent weeks pursuing diplomatic talks with Slovenia, offering generous treaties to Slovenia in return for simply partial Swiss independence. And yet, many Slovenians spit into our faces, mocked our peaceful intentions, and arrogantly expressed their right to occupy the people of Switzerland.
I will not stand such brutish actions, such hostile, undiplomatic desires to subjugate the people of Switzerland. My dear friends, today I stand before you as a Swiss citizen - fighting for our freedom and our livelihood.
We are now officially at war with Slovenia. The time for peace talks has elapsed. We have made our best efforts, and have only been met by arrogance.
We will show Slovenia. We will show the world. We will fight until the end. United we stand, divided we fall!
Let's fight. Fight for peace.

How good is this? We finally get to say what all of us have been thinking XD to all Slovenians who may be reading this, we're human, not slaves! Next time we negotiate remember that.
I don't even care if we have a congress this month, as long as we're standing up to those who don't want to deal fairly. Next month, come what may.

Without wars, this game is a lot of people arguing and complaining. With wars, there are still a lot of people arguing and complaining but at least there's something else to do.
