Training Grounds Upgrades Subsidy
Dear citizens, the discounts on training grounds upgrades are available again.
I would like to remind you that you can get a subsidy of 40%-50% on your grounds upgrades.
You can also request for a loan of gold with a small interest.

The Requirements:

1. Own an Israeli citizenship for at least 5 months.
2. Being an eRepublik citizen for at least 6 months.
3. An approval of the Finance minister & the president.
4. A player that donated his congressional medals and have no debts.
5. Only players in the 2nd division and above can get a subsidy.

The Subsidy:

From Q1 to Q2: 5 Gold
From Q2 to Q3: 10 Gold
From Q3 to Q4: 20 Gold
From Q1 to Q3: 15 Gold
From Q1 to Q4: 35 Gold
From Q2 to Q4: 30 Gold

מרמה 1 לרמה 3: 15 זהב
