[CP] Stipends & National Factories

Dear Citizens, Today I am going to introduce a new project that is going to strengthen our active citizens. As you can notice, we have only few active citizens but an high amount of gold & money in our treasury and organizations. Israel has almost no wars, which means that we can and should use this money to get our small community stronger. In order to make this happen, we are going to assign a certain amount of money & gold that will be given to the citizens. Moreover, we are going to try a new project called “National Factories”.
National Factories - A project that intended to build national food/weapons companies in order to lower our future expenses or make some profit. In this project, the country will look for trust-able citizens that meet the requirements and give them gold/money to buy a company by the state order. The citizen will produce products or raw materials on daily basis and sell them or keep them in a national storage (organization or trust-able citizen). The profits will go to the country and the products that we kept will be used for our citizen in various events as tournaments, missions or an important war.

Stipends - A project that gives stipends of money or gold to active citizens that meet the requirements. The state can give money/gold for free use or give it to buy companies (not national ones) by the state’s order. If the citizen doesn't meet the requirements, he won’t get any stipend. If the citizen meets the requirements he will get the above stipend (You can choose only one):

5,000 - 12,500 Strength:

1st Option: Full fund for Q1 RM factory.
2nd Option: 70% fund for Q1 factory.
3rd Option: 5 Gold for free use.

12,500 - 27,500 Strength:

1st Option: Full fund for Q3 RM factory.
2nd Option: Full fund for Q1 Factory.
3rd Option: 7.5 Gold for free use.

27,500 Strength and above:

1st Option: Full fund for Q5 RM factory.
2nd Option: Full fund for Q2 factory.
3rd Option: 20 Gold for free use.

Note: Only citizens that meet the requirements listed below are able to get the stipend.
Please don’t ask for stipend if you are not qualified to get a stipend.

1. Israeli Citizenship for at least 5 months.
2. At least 3000 strength and a 2nd division player.
3. An approval of the unit commander, the finance minister & the president.
4. Activity in the community - Active player in media/warfare/politics.
5. A citizen without any past in the state’s black list.
6. A citizen that donated his congressional medal in the last month.
7. A citizen without any gold/money debts from the past.

Note: Citizens that will get a fund for a Q5 RM factory will have to:

1. Offer at least 2 job offers with the market’s salary.
2. Sell or Donate RM to the government if needed (In critical situations).
3. Being prepared to hire more citizens if the government asks for.

אזרחים יקרים,היום אני עומד להציג בפניכם פרויקט חדש שעומד לחזק את השחקנים הפעילים שלנו
כפי שניתן לראות, אנו מדינה בעלת מספר שחקנים קטן אך יש לנו כסף בקופת האוצר
ישראל כמעט ולא משתתפת במלחמות, מה שאומר שאנו יכולים להשתמש בכסף למען הקהילה
על מנת להשיג מטרה זו, אנו עומדים להקצות כמות זהב מסוימת אותה ניתן לאזרחים
בנוסף, אנו עומדים לנסות פרויקט חדש שנקרא מפעלים לאומיים
מפעלים לאומיים - פרויקט שמטרתו הנה לבנות מפעלי נשק/אוכל במטרה לצמצם עלויות עתידיות ואף להגדיל את הכנסות המדינה. בפרויקט זה המדינה תחפש אחר שחקנים אמינים שעומדים בדרישות מסוימות ותתן להם זהב או כסף על מנת לקנות חברה שתהיה שייכת למדינה. השחקן ייצר מוצרים על בסיס יומי וימכור או יאחסן אותם ע"פ הוראות הממשלה. הרווחים יעברו לקופת האוצר והמוצרים יאוחסנו במחסן של ארגון האוצר ואם יהיה צורך אף במחסנים של שחקנים והם ישומשו בעת הצורך למען האזרחים, לדוגמא: אספקת אוכל בזמן מלחמה
מענקים - פרויקט בו האזרחים מקבלים כמות זהב או כסף מסוימת במידה והם עומדים בדרישות
המדינה נותנת אפשרות לבחור במענק של זהב או של מימון לחברה שתקבע ע"פ המדינה
במידה והאזרח אינו עומד בדרישות הוא לא יקבל אף מענק, אין אנו יכולים לעזור
במידה והאזרח עומד בדרישות, הוא יוכל לבחור מענק אחד מבין הבאים

5,000 - 12,500 :כוח

א. מימון מלא למפעל חומרי גלם ברמה 1
ב. מימון של 70% לחברה רמה 1
ג. 5 זהב לשימוש חופשי

12,500 - 27,500 :כוח

א. מימון מלא למפעל חומרי גלם ברמה 2
ב. מימון מלא למפעל ברמה 1
ג. 7.5 זהב לשימוש חופשי

כוח: 27,500 ומעלה

א. מימון מלא למפעל חומרי גלם ברמה 5
ב. מימון מלא לחברה ברמה 2
ג. 20 זהב לשימוש חופשי

שימו לב: רק אזרחים אשר עומדים בדרישות הכתובות לעיל רשאים לקבל מענק
אם אינכם עומדים בדרישות, אנא אל תבקשו מענק על מנת לחסוך לנו בעבודה

א. אזרחות ישראלית, לפחות 5 חודשים בארץ
ב. לפחות 3,000 כוח ורמת ניסיון גבוהה מ-24
ג. אישור מהנשיא, שר האוצר ומפקד היחידה שלכם
ד. פעילות בקהילה - תקשורתית, פוליטית או מלחמתית
ה. שחקן ללא עבר ברשימה השחורה של המדינה
ו. שחקן אשר תרם את מדליית הכנסת שלו בחודש שעבר
ז. שחקן ללא חובות של זהב או כסף למדינה

שימו לב: שחקנים אשר יקבלו מימון לחברת גלם רמה 5 יהיו חייבים

א. להציע לפחות 2 הצעות עבודה במשכורת רגילה
ב. למכור או לתרום חומרי גלם כאשר המדינה מבקשת, כלומר, במצבים קיצוניים
ג. להיות מוכן להעסיק עוד עובדים במידה והמדינה מבקשת, כלומר, במצבים קיצוניים
