Dear Citizens, I would like to thank you and to our friends around the world for fighting in our side yesterday in the RW of Saudi Arabia. The RW was only a small training war that funded by the Saudi government and I would like to thank them for doing that. We have some updates & news for you as well:
1. Weekly RW - As our target is to improve our community by using our money, we will try to organize a weekly RW in one of the conquered regions we have. Therefore, I am going to talk with the Saudi president in order to reach an agreement for funding 50% of the RW, this way both countries pay the same price and get the same result. This weekly training war will give our citizens an option to fight under Israel’s flag and progress on their True Patriot medal.
2. Changes in the Taxes value - After a discussion with the Finance minister we decided to increase the work tax to 8%. Dear citizens, you should understand that those changes intended to improve our incomes so we could fund more projects as Mentioned below and above. We informed about your financial situation and we are working on it, but you have to support us and help us improving ourselves. Soon we will propose a law to change the Work Tax to 8%, please vote Yes for this law.
3. Media Competition - The media in Israel is almost “dead”. There are only few articles that aren't even related to the game. Therefore, starting today, every citizen will have a chance to win 3 gold by participating in the media module. The competition is simple: The state will give 3 gold on weekly basis to the citizen that will publish the best International article. The article has to be written in English (It can be published in more than 1 language), it has to be at least 500 characters long and written about a topic related to the game. Only articles that will get more than 50 votes & 20 comments will be qualified. The amount of final votes & comments from foreign citizens will determine the winner.

4. Extra Supply - Israel has only few fighters each day. We would like to motivate our citizens to fight more by giving them extra supplies. The program is simple: Every citizen that qualified will get 5 q7 tanks for every milestone achieved. The damage should be done in a week (we can check it by the leaderboards) and the prizes will be sent to you on every Tuesday:

2nd Division players:

1st Milestone: Deal 3,000,000 Damage.
2nd Milestone: Deal 5,000,000 Damage.
3rd Milestone: Deal 10,000,000 Damage.

3rd Division players:

1st Milestone: Deal 5,000,000 Damage.
2nd Milestone: Deal 12,500,000 Damage.
3rd Milestone: Deal 25,000,000 Damage.

4th Division players:

1st Milestone: Deal 25,000,000 Damage.
2nd Milestone: Deal 50,000,000 Damage.
3rd Milestone: Deal 75,000,000 Damage.

5. Congressional Medal Donation - Congress members that haven’t donated their medal yet, please arrange your donation, else you won’t get any future stipend, supply and you won’t be able to participate in any of the projects that the government funds. 6. Immigration - We have created a new Immigration form that will serve us in the upcoming month. You can see it by clicking here. If anyone asks you for a citizenship, please send him a link to this form. Note: Citizen that will approve a citizenship application without an approval of the Immigration minister will get punished.

אזרחים יקרים, אני רוצה להודות לכם ולחברנו בעולם על שנלחמתם אתמול במרד של ערב הסעודית. מרד זה היה מלחמת אימון קטנה שמומנה על ידי אזרחים סעודים ואני באמת מודה להם על כך. יש לנו מספר עדכונים עבורכם, אנא קראו אותם ושתפו אתנו את דעתכם:
א. מרד שבועי - כפי שמטרתנו הנה לשפר את הקהילה שלנו ע"י שימוש בכסף שלנו, אנו ננסה לארגן מרד שבועי באחד האזורים שכבשנו. על מנת להשיג מטרה זאת אני עומד לדבר עם הנשיא הסעודי במטרה להגיע להסכם מימון חצי מעלות המרד, בדרך זו שתי המדינות ישלנו מחיר שווה עבור תוצאה שווה. מלחמת אימון שבועית זו תתן לאזרחינו האפשרות להלחם תחת דגל ישראל ולהתקדם במדליית הפטריוט שלהם
ב. שינויים בערך המסים - לאחר דיון עם שר האוצר הוחלט כי יש לעלות את ערך מס העבודה ל-8%. אזרחים יקרים, אתם צריכים להבין ששינויים אלו נועדו לשפר את הכנסות המדינה בכדי שנוכל לממן פרויקטים שונים כפי שהוזכר לעיל. אנו מודעים למצב הכלכלי הבעיתי שלכם ואנחנו עובדים על מנת לשפר זאת, אך אתם חייבים לתמוך בנו ולעזור לנו לשפר את עצמנו. בקרוב אנו נציע מס לשינוי ערך מס העבודה ל-8%. אנא הצביעו "כן" עבור הצעת חוק זאת.
ג. עיתונות - העיתונות בישראל כמעת ולא קיימת, ישנה כמות קטנה מאוד של כתבות וחלקן אף לא קשורות למשחק. לכן, החל מהיום כל אזרח יכול לזכות ב-3 זהב על בסיס שבועי ע"י לקיחת חלק פעיל בעיתונות. המדינה תממן 3 זהב לשחקן על בסיס שבועי לשחקן שיכתוב את הכתבה הבין-לאומת הטובה ביותר. הכתבה חייבת להיות כתובה באנגלית (ניתן להוסיף שפות נוספות גם כן), לפחות 500 תווים ועל נושא שקשור למשחק. רק כתבות שיקבלו מעל 50 הצבעות ו-20 תגובות יוכלו להשתתף בתחרות. כמות ההצבעות והתגובות הסופית תקבע את המנצח

ד. אספקה נוספת - כפי שניתן לראות, לישראל ישנם מספר מצומצם של לוחמים בכל יום. ברצוננו לעודד את אזרחינו להלחם ע"י מתן אקסטרה אספקה על השלמת ציוני דרך מסוימים. כל שחקן העומד בדרישות יוכל לקבל 5 טנקים רמה 7 על השלמת ציון דרך. הנזק הדרוש אמור להיעשות בשבוע שלם (אנו נבדוק זאת דרך טבלת המובילים השבועית) והאספקה תשלח אליכם בימי שלישי
