Caros cidadãos, amigos e aliados,
O Congresso de Portugal saúda e reafirma a amizade que une o nosso país aos países que anunciaram a criação da ORION.
O Congresso de Portugal no entanto não decidiu, não votou e não autorizou qualquer integração do nosso país nessa aliança.
Nós, Congresso, representantes eleitos pela população portuguesa não reconhecemos as decisões tomadas pelo Ditador Sucateir0.
Nesse sentido, Portugal não poderá aprovar a entrada na aliança até ao dia em que livremente o Congresso e o Governo legítimo de Portugal possam negociar com os nossos aliados a e entrada na Orion.
Solicitamos aos nossos aliados que considerem sem efeito a decisão tomada pelo Ditador e que de futuro não o considerem parte legítima em qualquer negociação e que retirem o nome de Portugal dessa aliança, até que Portugal, quando for livre, decida sobre o assunto.

Dear citizens, friends and allies,
The Congress of Portugal greets and reaffirms the friendship that bonds our country to the countries that announced the formation of Orion.
However, the Congress of Portugal hasn’t decided, voted or authorized any integration of our country in the alliance.
We, the Congress, elected representatives of the Portuguese citizens do not recognize the decisions made by the dictator Sucateir0.
Seen in these terms, Portugal cannot approve the entrance on the alliance until the day in that the Congress and the legitimate Government of Portugal can freely negotiate with our allies the membership in Orion.
We request our allies to invalidate the decision taken by the dictator and that in the future don’t consider him as legitimate government in any negotiation and that the HQ withdraw the name of Portugal from the alliance, until that Portugal, as a free democratic country, shall decide over this subject.

Please respect the charter of Orion, this is not an internal fight, Portugal suffered an hostile takeover by some players that unfortunately some of you in the HQ call friends... but still, being your friends doesn't change the reality nor gives you the right to ignore your own rules. You have to help Portugal to become free of the dictatorship, or you can forget any good will from the Portuguese people.

although , if we accept that law and you dont know yourself ( congress and country) as orion member as it is written in the article , alliance laws wont be effective about you 🙂

- An Alliance already functioning without a charter approved? really? You may think that you are so superior and that I'm "nobody" to talk about it, but still, I would for sure do a better job than that... but that's me, the "nobody"... 😉
- You continue to diminish the gravity of the Portuguese dictatorship... we stopped all talks because of the dictatorship and guess what? no one on Congress was contacted before the official article you released with the biggest traitor of Portugal (andre3567) in the HQ and entrance of Portugal in Orion. You may have contacted the CP, but the Congress heard ZERO info about it.
So, if you really wanted the approval from our Congress, you wouldn't had talked to the traitors of the dictatorship like they were representing Portugal, that's the BIG mistake you made. And you would never allow or invite a traitor has andre3567 to the HQ, that only hostilized the portuguese people. Just by seeing the same people that failed to keep LETO alive, I dare to say that Orion is not starting well, not at all, not to mention the big fail that is Portuguese question...
You just said that we only have to start the coup... well, I hope I see you and other allies there fighting for our democracy, so that Portugal can forget this recent dark days and mistakes, and can finally decide to go in Orion or not.

Charter is completed , but one countries congresses asked to add that part to charter , so we called for a meeting to vote about it
i add it with red color there so the place would be clear on voting time

about that congress was not informed , its lie , Kazuto told me that he informed congress and they are discussing(charter and members was complete) but suddenly dictatorship happened
about who should i talk or not...we always kept and keep our talks with democrasy side of country alive , reps of democrasy are in general message , they have access to channels etc , but yes we talked with your dictatorship as well cause they are governing the country atm
about who i put in hq and old leto , well if you look at list of countries , i tried to put the best in every position on the work 🙂 people who know their jobs , without concerning their internal position as it is alliance job independent from internal positions
and well , many countries are the same with leto so its not to wierd that some people are the same from leto , but we add fresh breath to the HQ as well that you can see it
and yes , as long as you didnt start it 🙂 you cant blame us for not helping you , as i said , if you want to have democracy start the coup
Do you have good medicine then publicly assume it is against the Charter of the alliance, and that does not respect democracy Countries, which negotiates with hostile dictators the country, going against the people's position, and the Government and Congress elected democratically, and is already noticeable that its position on the matter.

I already told to many people that if we aren't inside the alliance we can't talk about the charter.
This is a position that we needed to take, and as you know congress changed a few days ago.
The main problem was that all the meetings that you had previously were only attended by the dictator, person that the congress does't trust.
Did you checked with the congress if we were represented by the dictator? Did you even tried to understand what was happening in Portugal?
This damage was done by the dictator and his crew. If the coup didn't happened, this had followed the correct path.
I know they are personal friends of yourself and many others inside the HQ, that doesn't means that they are friends of Portuguese community.

1. Congress and CP don't recognize the Dictatorship Government as a legitimate and representative authority.
2. The Dictatorship Government also doesn't recognize Congress's power or it's democratic decisions.
3. You are asking for a member of congress to directly interact with the alliance. For what purpose? They can´t take any kind of compromise with any other coutry, as they don't have the EXECUTIVE power to take action.
4. To answer yoyr question: If you want to recognize Portugal as a member of Orion right away, you may do so.
But keep in mind that the Dictatorship is problably going to be kicked out of power sooner than later, and every decision or deal they might have made with others is completely invalid.

Sou apenas um gajo a explicar o que entendi daquilo que li aqui, não faço parte do congresso ou do movimento revolucionário.
Não se trata da representatividade. Trata-se sim de o Congresso substituir o Ditador como contacto entre país e Aliança, já que é impossível haver congresso e ditadura a trabalhar em conjunto.
A questão é, entre estar lá e não estar qual é o melhor course of action para o convresso? Estar lá claro! Se o congresso começa a lavar as mãos dos assuntos onde supostamente diz ter a legitimidade só perde a legitimidade!
Vão lá fazer o papel diplomático! Vão lá marcar presença! Dizer que estão lá e fazer passar os seus pontos de vista! Só assim podem ir ganhando poder e leverage! Ao descartarem tudo só por não terem poder executivo é virar as costas a quem os representa! É não representar, aliás, é nem, tentar representar!
