Why we can't win with eArgentina

At the very begining I wanted to create an article which would describe everything in very detailed way. However I just realized that it is no sense to make something like this. Many people wouldn't understand it anayway and they still would be sure that we can trash eArgentina. I am writing this article for people who yell at the goverment and players who want to avoid a conflict with eArgentina, cause I am fairly sure, that you cannot understand a simple fact. The template which I used here is taken from Dragon Ball. Many of you probably never watched the show, but numbers used here are fine. Thus I am going to use them to describe countries firepower. In my opinion it looks like this:
eSerbia (Vegeta) - 18 000
eArgentina (Nappa) - 4000
ePoland (Gohan) - 2800
eNigeria (Yamcha) - 1480

To describe it even further. I was around, when ePoland started a fight with eArgentina about territories. ePoland which is much stronger than eNigera, barely drive out Argentina. However, it was attaked by eSerbia which is ally of eArgentina. Now, simple question. How do you want to fight with eArgentina if the country which is almost twice as strong as you, was barely able to hold its own?
