Former President Wild Owl Elected Military Coordinator of Sirius

The governing structure of our alliance Sirius calls for two leadership positions which are elected by vote among the 7 alliance members. On Sunday, the top spot was won by akashapeke of Spain. akashapeke presented an agenda for leadership that raised a few questions because of its ambitious nature. But in the end the majority vote was hers.

Of particular interest to eAmericans was the election for Military Coordinator (MC). Wild Owl, coming off of two successful terms as President (and being the President under which eUSA joined Sirius) will be responsible for administering the Alliance military priorities. I want to thank Wild Owl for standing for this election. As a candidate for CP I had promised to make some serious commitments to our Foreign Affairs, particularly with Sirius. I am glad Wild Owl will be keeping my promise for me.

Attending the meeting for eUSA was Gnilraps, Wild Owl, and Deepchill. There were several other items on the agenda, but it is beyond the purview of WHPR to be publishing any of those details.

Now Sirius has its very own bird of prey directing the military mahem.

Upcoming Party Primary Elections

In advance of the monthly in-game Party President elections (March 15th), there are Party Primaries to determine the “safe candidates.” This is a necessary holdover from the dark days of “Unity” POTUS Elections, in order to deflect a PTO attempt of our nation. On the Party level, Party Primaries still serve to determine a legitimate candidate chosen by its members, so there’s no confusion (or Party PTO) on PP Election Day.

The Top Five Parties-- Federalist Party; United States Workers Party; American Military Party; We The People; Liberty Advancement Party-- must remain vigilant against possible incursion by a candidate put up by the American Freedom Alliance. Party.

President Gnilraps urges every citizen to be active in their chosen political Party, to check your forum and Shout feed, to know who your legitimate Primary candidates are, and ultimately who your Party’s legitimate PP Candidate is.

Keep America strong by keeping your Party strong!

War Map and Analysis

Today’s war report will be focused on the fronts where US is directly involved.

Pacific front



Japan has been declared as natural enemy and our attack attack on Hokkaido is in progress. Once the battle is done USA will restore its 10/10 bonus set.
Sources have also reported there being an unknown quantity of Greeling at Hokkaido, so of course the USA must have more of that.

European front



Here we can see that our ally UK is facing enemy invasion on three sides.
Republic of Moldova launched an Air Strike on Belgium a couple of days ago, and used the fact that UK was busy in Scandinavia to push deep into UK territory.
UK managed to conquer Norway, but Asgard immediately launched a counter offensive through Finland, who is now pushing UK out of Scandinavia.
France joined the party on the Isle and managed to conquer South East of England, and is now pushing deeper into UK territory.

Poland reacted (with delay) to the Moldovian threat and is trying to push its way into UK territory to help them liberate their land.
USA presence in Europe is vital for stability in western part of the continent. USA is currently attacking the last French core region bordering UK and should play a big role in liberation of UK by pushing France out of its territories.



Inaugrual American Heroes Honorees

In Friday’s edition of the WHPR we recognized former President Wild Owl for his exceptional work for the government and our country as a whole. Today we follow up on that recognition by honoring Wild Owl with the Inaugural American Hero Coin.

The American Hero Coins are based on RL Challenge Coins, a small but tangible token to acknowledge a player’s excellence above and beyond the call of duty. If you’re unfamiliar with Challenge Coins, you can read about them here, and here.

In addition to Wild Owl, today we wish to recognize and honor current Chief of Staff TellUrGrlThx for his own personal contribution to our country and the game itself. His extensive work in the Liberty Advancement Party served as a training ground for stepping up to the Cabinet level. He now tirelessly wrangles the President’s staff, making sure everyone understands and does their jobs, and generally keeps the White House running smoothly.

President Gnilraps takes personal pleasure and pride in presenting these American Hero Coins to Wild Owl and TellUrGrlThx-- “Good job, wear these new avatars proudly. You are truly American Heroes!”
