Elections, Elections, Elections!
The period of declaring for congressional candidacy has finally passed. We want to thank everyone who helped find blockers to fill out all of the regional spots, especially the FEC team of Rod Damon, Astra Kat G, Ido2407, Joe Alpha, CaptJustice, and many many others. Thanks to you guys (and gal) we managed to keep several enemies from making their way onto the ballot, which is just pure awesomesauce.
The FEC’s job is not done yet. Every month it seems that a certain someone sneaks into the ballot, through the cracks of keen observers. This is a someone who tries to get into congress for the good of an enemy country. That’s why America needs people like you who are willing to use their vote to help there country thwart these enemies.

After a short changing of management, the eUSA’s Interior Department is getting back into shape...big time. Several of the programs in the Interior are starting to see signs of growth and expansion for the first time in many months. A new Secretary of the department will be named very soon.
Meals on Wheels, led by Pearcey333, has been as effective as ever. If you’re interested in getting some food from Pearcey and the government, fill out this form . You can request once a week.
REACH is dedicated to trying to find new ways of getting people to join eRepublik. If you’re interested in spreading the word under Civil Anarchy and getting a few referrals, sign-up right here, yo!
The Community Development Project, CDP, is a program led by Vanek26 dedicated towards sending messages to every new eUSA citizen. It is managed by about 10 or so people, but they’re always looking for more. If you’re interested in participating alongside Vanek and helping maintain retention, then contact Vanek26 and tell him that you want to help.
If you’re looking to join the Mass Messaging team, a team that gets together every couple of weeks to send very urgent messages to the entire nation, then message Athanaric and state your interests.
Also, remember, if you don’t want to message any of the players directly, or are looking for more options, you can fill out the Human Resources form. You'll be matched with the right job for your time commitment and skill set.
Meet the Government
Another interview of the people running your government, by WHPR staffer Athanaric. Today’s guest is Presidential Advisor Jewitt.
WHPR: Who are you?
Jewitt: I am Jewitt, your Lord and Master.
WHPR: What does your job entail in the government?
Jewitt: Pretty much I sit around, advise the President from a mixture of past experiences and current insight, give suggestions, and hopefully shape public opinion to my own twisted methods.
WHPR: If you could have your life sound-tracked or narrated, which one would it be and by who?
Jewitt: Well that's an egocentric question and rather difficult as well. I've always played three sides to this game, and each side could have a different song.
WHPR: How so?
Jewitt: Possibly "Bad Company" by Five Fingered Death Punch (shows my military side), or "Born For This" by Paramore (more or less my media side). Could also say In the Air Tonight by Mr. Collins, for how I did a lot of my politicking. Not sure, to be honest. Pick one and say I approved it.
Oh and I said there would be naked women. There, I said "naked women". Never said there would be pictures. XD
Big news on the horizon, as always. Keep an eye out on the media, and see you on the battlefield!
