Join the new world

Greetings fellow WTP members,

this week we have elected our new party president, so in case you've missed Mazzy Cat's statement it's here for you to read. The staff is assembled and already going crazy with the media: Hale26 published a great article where you can read about our ambitious plans, MMike has put out a fine reading, evaluating the current moment in our community and with the Congressional elections just days ahead, Anwnimos prepared the list of our candidates that will be on the ballot in this month's primaries. Some have already published their campaign-articles: dmjohnston, Gervaz, Dre...err...Franklin Stone, Paul Tale and I hope others will follow.

But that's not everything!

We have decided to schedule a party-meeting this Tuesday, October the 22^nd (Day 2163) starting at 14:00 eRepublik time in our #WTP IRC room on Rizon network. Why? Simply because we are who we are:
WE THE PEOPLE!

From the starting days we have differentiated ourselves as the most democratic party that cherishes freedom of expression and aims to preserve everyone's right to be heard.
Our greatest wish would be to see you there in great numbers, participating in the discussions, sharing your ideas, asking questions and getting answers.
Needless to say that this meeting should be considered obligatory for all our new Congressional hopefuls as a good way to introduce themselves, meet all those dedicated people who are working hard to keep us moving forward, have a chat with our members that are serving as commanders in our Armed Forces, executives in the Government, Party officials or Members of Congress.

And at the end, there's ONE BIG REASON you should atten😛 TO HAVE FUN!
Yes, it's true, besides all this politics we enjoy hanging around on IRC, poking each other, posting silly remarks, LOL-ing and trolling around. After all: if you are not having fun playing this game, you are doing something wrong!

So let's make this meeting a success, let's do some brainstorming to boost the growth of WTP, let's make this a day where we will meet someone the first time and maybe start a long lasting connection and friendship; let's make this event as great as our party is:
