War with eSK + Shield explanations

Dear readers,

I'm proud to hold currently the citizenship of North Korea.

I have travelled in several countries & occupied several government positions (MoD, MoFA, vMoFA, DoE,...)

I was the Military Commander of CoT at the end of August 2013 when Serbia was pushed out of the US and RWed everywhere. At that time, I tried to find solutions for South Korea, occupied by Taïwan.

But today, we are at war with SK. Our congress is still applying the "fail policy", with voting no to the NE wich should have given our citizens extra damage to defend against SK. I don't know what this chinese group is doing but they are doing things wrong. NK has been erased for a long time from the list of countries. NK was not a country: no region, transparent government, no move at all from the citizens, no allies, no alliance,...

But today, we need damage. We need to fight against SK. Why? Because our shield is damaged if SK do more damage than NK. So if we don't fight, our shield will be quickly broken.

SK have recently RW and free from Taïwan thanks to the recent game changes. Until some days, SK will have an influence bonus, which means we have no intrest in fighting hard for few days when we attack South Korea. In few days, Korean bonus will be over and if our government is able to act, we could sign some mpps in order to win this war over South Korea.
