Last two or three months we have had a Dictator form of government. We need to adapt to this style of government and put in some rules on how we will do things. First thing is we need to work out how we will elect Dictators in the future. The second thing is country administration dections like MPP, taxes, impeachment, etc. Below is an example of one of the rules.

MPP
the MoF will state in the first 5 days of a CP being elected how much we can spend on MPP for the next month. If things change strategically or militarily, the CP will notify congress that we need to spend more. The MoFA team will develop a plan to optimize this money for the protection of Ireland. MoFA or CP will propose to congress which MPP to sign during the month. Congress votes 24 hours and majority wins no discussion period. The dictator will vote when approved by congress.

My original plan was to discuss all the details in congress PM this month. That is not working, we have an active congress and there are lots >250 messages in the thread about all kinds of things so far this month.

So plan B is to form two committees that will work on the details of both, put it in writing in a google document, then present it back to congress to vote on it.

I still feel the need that the Dictator needs to be routinely elected, as much as the CP.

I would like a system in which "qualified" CP candidates are allowed to nominate themselves at Dictator and "non-qualified" require a representative. We set up some strict, non-negotiable or exceptional, rules. No meta-gaming rules about a Dictator holding office for 3 months, we cannot guarantee the Dictator will be active one or two months from now. The Dictator needs to be democratically elected, often, just like the CP. Also, a strict limitation of power unless qualified.

I was hoping we've already solved all the Dictator questions. Three months was the decided rule. There are other rules which answers the question "What if he gets inactive?".

If you really want to go through all those internal fights alright, but there's no need for it.
