Tips should be sent out in Presidents message

Has it ever come up in eCanada to put tips in the CP's message that's gets sent out to every new member of the country. Since I did not really know what I was doing I spent a lot of gold needlessly and now it will take a long time to get the ten gold to build the weapons factory and so I cant level up my town centre. This could have been easily avoided if in the CP's standard message to new players it just gave some little tips like not spending your gold on silly stuff. I think this matter should be looked into so that no more new eCanadian fall into the same problem that I did.

Below is the CP message that goes out expect the tiny url sites do not load so its pretty useless.

Generally, that's what a portion of the Welcome Message is suppose to be. I can't remember the last time it was updated, or what the current message actually says, though.

KQ, i believe Sperry was the last one to update it, and unfortunately I think a lot of the programs fell by the wayside when he left.
