NSNBC: International News That's More Colorful

Hello everyone and thanks for tuning in to this NSNBC broadcast. This is an informative piece for the citizens of eNorway to discuss our future and our options and I hope you take the time to read all of our options as we move forward to strenghten our great eNation.

Our main topic tonight is eNorway joining an alliance. As we go down along this article we will discuss all of our options and the different decisions we have to make. This is a developing story and it will continue to be updated in further installments to keep the public updated as we make decisions. Here we go!

Let's start with the Alliance of Developing Countries, founded by the eSwiss and eMoldova it is a viable option for us to join as it provides an opportunity to be apart of the building process, instead of joining an existing structured alliance. I believe the eSwiss government and the ADC would be happy to have us join this alliance.

Following this path would be great as we would be starting with a friendly nation who has helped us a great deal everytime we needed them, and I think no matter which path we choose, we are lucky to have a good friend in eSwitzerland.

We can also saddle up with Asteria, after everything that has happened with Pacifica, I must admit this is a particularly enticing opportunity, as two of Pacifica's countries betray us and the alliance does nothing despite our previous good relationship with them.

eNorway already has an MPP with Iran, a member of the alliance, and during the Battle of Nord-Norge when we needed emergency assitance, it was Asteria's Portugal, Serbia, Lithuania, and Austria (through Nebula) who came to our aid. This was the most damage done by any group, not to overlook the immense effort from many unaligned nations who also participated on our behalf.

At the moment, Asteria's SG is speaking with their members about us joining, I'll keep everyone updated as I hear back.

Another option we have is joining Orion, I am currently discussing this with the Secretary General of the Alliance, this is an opportunity we have to get closer to our allies in Canada and the Netherlands.

Choosing this path would be ideal as it would take us out of the crossfire between the largest alliances in the New World, and would give us room to grow relations with new nations we may not have been closest with before. Giving us a new dimension and new goals to work for in the Government.

Orion's SG is also speaking with their fellow members about us joining, as with Asteria, I will keep everyone posted.

Here is another option, with some of our new friends, I've been throwing the option around that we could reform our own alliance. Bringing Asgard back to life would be preferable to simply starting a new alliance, but in theory we could choose our own starting point from the many shells of old alliances lying on the floor of the New World.

If we were to follow this path, we would more than likely start with three nations. This option would be great as we could completely choose our own paths, work on recreating something new from the old and building it directly with our friends.

At the risk of being booed I would like to offer my own take here, and I aboslutely look forward to reading any ideas and the prefrences of others in the comments, or if you prefer, feel free to message me.

After taking all of these situations into accord, and with the talks I have been holding with some of the other nations, I think it's in our best interest to reform our own alliance. To bring Asgard back from the ashes, and work to make the New World exciting for all of the citizens who have stuck with smaller countries.

However, on that same note, I think that if we reformed our Alliance, we should then saddle up with Asteria anyway. Nebula has been completely unresponsive and I think if it goes tits up, we should be there to take it's place.

I'm open to changing my opinion with new ideas and facts, but at the moment of this writing, this is where I stand and what I think. I think the best future for eNorway lies with our fellow small countries, in our own alliance, standing with each other first.

Of course, everything I just said completely goes out the window if Asteria accepted us, because we'd be crazy not to join them lol.

With this, allow me to say thank you for reading this article, and I look forward to providing my fellow eNorwegians with more news, interviews, and updates. Thank you all.
