Greetings ireland,

here some updates from the council i create in the beginning of my term, to replace the congress. Be sure this council wasn't create to be a fake. Indeed this thread is very active, 169 posts, and we had to speak about very important subjects. subjects i reveal to you :

1/CANIRE?

What's this? it was merge proposal of the canadian government, CAN (canada) + IRE (ireland). the goal was to be a single big country. The concept was interesting, Canada is an historical ally, this would give our two countries more power and security (maybe) but the will of freedom is really strong for eIrish and this proposal was refused with a 100% vote NO.

2/ training war with UK.

The president of UK proposed me a training war, in order to continue our recent good diplomatic and military relationships.

Indeed we cannot deny that UK was the major point of our freedom upon Moldova. and we took back our country, by RWs, without any problems.

- The pros : TP medal, some actions, possibility to recruit some new players to "help ireland against UK"

- The odds : "déja vu" (in french😁) , boring, impossibility for other war plans like helping aurora or make our own war.

this last point decided me to refused this TW proposal. (for the council the % was 50/50)

Indeed we are discussing about several war option for this month, with aurora, between irish in council. we have a will of revenge, a will to show again that ireland cannot be invaded without an adequate response. We want to have the choice this month to make our destiny, to make a risky blow, to be proud again in a true conflict.

So Irish mates, be ready ! for now we are helping our ally Venezuela, after we will act for us !

Council is active that is good, but I can't wait until congress elections come. We now actually have a oligarchy, which I don't like.

it's better than despotism mate. that's why i proposed a council. and it's the situation i received from last month.

we all wait a congress, at least to change the taxes, things i cannot do as CP.

The council is more active and constructive than the old Dail would likely be, but I do think there's an issue in that representation in the council is now disproportionate to the political demographics of the would be voters.

That said, as more of a senate format I have no problem with the council, and especially for one month I think it's not a worthwhile thing to complain about in light of the situation and (hopefully) brevity of these circumstances.

It's the equivalent of an upper house of the legislature, nothing oligarchial about it.

what Krakken is referring to is Banshee decision to help this long time and massive theft of irish wault by agreeing to keep state finances a secret...

A secret even those finances are a property of irish people and not a handful of orcs...

There is no Council. You excluded the PP of Labour. It is the private club of those who run the country anyway.

so now i will see players saying council is not a good things...maybe the best was just to do all by myself...as the game rules alows me to do 😑

btw you're PP of your party for another one day. it's irrelevant.
