The Presidential Election

NSNBC: News That's More Colourful

Hello again everyone! Thank you for reading, I appreciate the votes and subscriptions the warm welcome back has been so wonderful. Today I am going to be talking about the upcoming election, while my putting up a candidate was not intentional (I meant to do party president...) I decided to at least elaborate before the election on what I think we can do to help eNorway grow and what the plans and reasonings behind the New Norwegian Green Party are and have to offer.

So, if you want to get a sense of my positions on several issues here in eNorway over the years you can simply go back through the articles here, I have always pushed to have engaging discussions and to be open to ideas and opinions on what we all agree is best for our smaller country and community. I have always been an advocate for eNorway rejoining an Alliance, which I still think is a good idea to broaden our connections and make the game more interesting, but I understand that it's not a universally agreed idea and am in no rush to push us into something until we can agree.

The most important thing to me, why I restarted the party, what I would like to accomplish as a member and as an eCitizen, is to give us all more to do and to look forward to when we start each day here in the New World. Articles, contests, conversations, talking points, so that our time here in eNorway is more than just working at our companies, going to the training grounds, and participating in training wars. I understand the appeal of those but in every single conversation I have had with my fellow eCountrymen, darn near everyone thinks it has become stagnant and boring. We can at least try our best to fix that.

I restarted the party because politics in the New World are a major aspect of the gameplay and even if we can make it one iota more interesting or at the very least more than one candidate in an election, that's a step in the right direction to bring us back to a more active country. Not to make it an integral part of daily life by any means, but as I said before, to make logging in and choosing to stay here, more than just the same exact thing day after day. It's worth the effort.

I have been in touch with members of the governments all across the New World to look at ways to be more engaged and grow our active members here in eNorway to take in suggestions of fun and interesting ideas from eSerbia and eHungary two of the biggest communities here. Some may work, some may not, but once again I think it is worth the effort to make our country more engaging and fun for us all.

We used to do so many things when I was a member of the Green Party of old, and I would like to try to bring them back, to give us debates and possibilities, expand and grow our footprint in the communities across the New World, and to do what we can to make our time here better. Every success and failure in that effort is worth the attempt because if everyone hates where we are at right now, and I certainly got that impression, the only way to have a chance at fixing it, is to at the very least be willing to try.

A renaissance for the NGP is a renaissance for all of eNorway.

Thank you for your time, and no matter the outcome of the next election, I look forward to doing my best to make choosing our eNation, our Party, and our New World as awesome and fun as I know it can be.
