Today in the Guardian. We will be honoring those in real life who have given up their lives for their country so it can remain True North Strong and Free. Additionally we have news from the front on India joining EDEN and Jsboutin’s Contest details for the CAF.




Today, the Canadian Armed Forces would like to honor those Canadian soldiers who have fought globally for the freedom of their nation for the past 90 years. Their contribution to the war effort was endless whether it was World War 1 World War 2, Korea, Vietnam, Gulf war and to those who have fallen in the peace keeping missions that are ongoing today. Without you proud men and women the sovereignty of our nation could be truly at risk today.

Jsboutin’s Contest-
Jsboutin- The Canadian Armed Forces former General is running a contest with his own funds- Rules Below.

How it works:
Each new recruit for the next 2 weeks will be entered on a list of contestants.

I will assign each of them a number, starting from one, in their order of signing up, then I'll pick one at random in the bunch. The lucky winner will receive 25k CAD, and the person who recruited them will receive 25k CAD too, so make sure you tell them to write your name in their application post!
Every new recruit is one more chance to win!


The Canadian Armed Forces is currently looking for active eCanadians of all ages to fill our ranks! You will be trained in IRC use, battlefield mechanics, personal training methods, teamwork, CAF methods and the CAF Code of Conduct.

In the CAF you will be supplied with weapons to fight, moving tickets to get you to the theatre of action and food to heal battle wounds. Rise through the CAF ranks to command a platoon or a division, be your countries next battle hero and make your country proud of you as a member of the CAF.

Some of the qualities the CAF is looking for are
-Basic Understanding of Game Mechanics
-Reliable and Active
-Can work as part of a team
-Enjoys meeting new people and having fun

Some of the qualities that are needed or you will be trained for are
-Experience using the eCan forums (link provided below)
-Experience using IRC
-Basic understanding of Battle Mechanics
-Enjoys Strategy
