Hi CG, you were considered a PTO for the numerous violations to the SFP Constitution. I will list them out:

Section 11
2. The PP and all voting and non-voting members of the RC shall be informed of the occurrence of all Revolutionary Committee meetings and communications, as well as their time and mode of communication.

The approval of the other RC members was not shown or disclosed, nor was any over the executive decisions you have made, even if they are allowed to counteract the constitution. Furthermore no RC meeting about adding Oblige or WO to the Congress Ballot or Primary.

Section 12: Congress and Country President Nominations
4. If the SFP holds the status of a top 5 party, the following procedure will be use😛

After the new SFP Chairman is in office (17th of the month), s/he or a representative from the SFP Revolutionary Committee shall open a Call for Congress Candidates in the forums.

Interested SFP members should answer this Call by stating his or her desire to be a Congress candidate in the thread and by declaring their intention in game.

Candidates will campaign for the primary and provide a manifesto on why people should vote for him/her.

On the 20th of every month, the Call thread should be locked and a new thread opened for primary voting on the candidates. The Congressional Primary will last until the 23rd of the month.

SFP members will vote for a minimum of three and a maximum of five candidates in the primary, allocating 1 point to each. A candidate may not vote for oneself.

At the conclusion of the election, the SFP Chairman-President or an authorized representative of the SFP Revolutionary Committee will tally the points for each candidate and rank each accordingly. In the event of a tie between two or more candidates the tie will be broken according to their ingame amount of congressional medals with the candidate holding the least amount of congressional medals ranked first. If this measure won't be sufficient the Party Chairman will break the tie. The primary results will be announced in the forum.

The SFP Chairman-President will rank the candidates in game according to the primary vote.

The SFP Chairman-President can negotiate with external parties in order to include outside candidates on the SFP ballot. Every such arrangement must be ratified by the Revolutionary Committee before the 23rd.

After delegates provided a manifesto, there was not a use of the forum in the final vote counts. Furthermore, WO and Oblige were not on the Ballot for the Primary, and did not post in the call thread, or ever tried to. This breaks numerous subsections of Section 11 and its subarticles.

Part V: Ratification and Amendment

1. The Constitution requires ratification by 2/3 majority of active members and may be amended by the same.

2. Amendments aimed at minor re-wording of any part of the Constitution may be proposed by an RC member and must be approved by a simple majority of the Revolutionary Committee.

Considering there are no visible changes to the Constitution, there have been no votes to justify any executive order if one takes inspiration from US Precedent, of which we are in the eUSA. Furthermore, the name change inherently implies a change of the constitution. This was also not disclosed by the RC or voted on by the active members.

These violations have caused much of the membership to deem your run as PP, a PTO. We plan to respectfully oppose your views in the article engine, with some slight jokes here and there, and vote you out of office using the meta mechanics.

Not following your fake rules doesn't make me a pto. Importing non voters into a party to take it over, like you are doing does.

Thanks for voicing your opinion, unfortunately in the SFP, currently named Last Jedi Knights, we have a constitution that we tend to follow. You would know this is as a CoS for the eUSA, yes? Such fake rules are helpful for the game, as I'd expect you to know.

Secondly, the PTO you are referring to is specifically about a hostile nation taking over the party, which I don't think anyone is planning. Actually, you're making a lot of assumptions about Jimmy's article! You should ask him for clarification, as I am not Jimmy. You can ask me about my personal opinions though!
