Good Evening eAustralia.

Well I was surprised to see this newspaper had been gathering dust. I was looking at it's last article and saw my really bad article writing skills....

So sorry, now you have to endure another month of my bad articles.

First of all, thank you to all those who voted for me. I know eAustralia has had a tough 6 months, between wars, invasions, MTO's, more invasions and now the theft of our savings (more to come of that later). How ever bad times have become, Australia has always had people who want to bring this country together. And I hope my cabinet will be some of those people, I hope to try and bring Australia back together and onto bigger and brighter things.


Cabinet

I would like to announce my current Cabinet bare in mind, this will change over the next coming days as people join up and I my ministers let me know who they want to assist them. But the current line up includes:

I have sad news to report... We are missing funds.

Recently it came to my attention that the Org that eAustralia was renting (after the MTO and while the country was trying to get our own Orgs back) was drained of funds. While we do not have any clear evidence of theft or MM transfers, what we do know is the money that was there, is no longer there.

I request people, not to point fingers or lay blame anywhere. There was a handful of people over time who had access to this Org. Not only Australians, but of the country we were renting it from. I have spoken with that countries dictator and he has filed a ticket in regards to the missing money.

Once I know more, I will ensure to inform the Australian public.

So what have we done to prevent it:

Upon getting voted into CPship, I have logged in an changed all Orgs passwords (except for rented Orgs). These log ins have been shared with my vCP and the individual log ins for the departments have been given out.

Can we trust you Rusty 😨

Honestly, that is for you to decide. I have shared the logins with Brigidd, so she can check up one me and I can check up on her. The forums has access to the Org addresses, so anyone can see the bank balance at any time. I also plan on doing up a balance sheet which will be published weekly to show the financial happenings of the country and its Orgs.



As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask them. Also I will try to have a more up to date paper in the next few days that will go into detail on different projects. At the moment, I am just trying to get control of everything that has been happening and trying to sort it out for you guys and girls.
