State of the Union (Military Unit)

FROM THE DESK OF THE COMMANDING OFFICER - 11th MARINES, "CANNON COCKERS"

Greetings my fellow 'Cockers', I come to you today to give you an update on what's going on within the unit and also to ask for you assistance in what is to come.

Updates

First, I would like to congratulate our newly elected Captains:

1st Regiment - ax3lax
2nd Regiment - Andrew Cameron
3rd Regiment - HEARMERAWR
4th Regiment - ArtSBobo
5th Regiment - 5440

Feel free to message these guys with any concerns or requests.

Second, I would like to mention that Haselrig has been promoted to Sergeant and put in charge of Recruitment. He's been doing a fantastic job and will serve the unit well in this new position.

Third, we're looking forward to the upcoming WAR GAMES.



Teams will be made, invites to different regiments will be sent and Captains should start planning their strategies now. The format will be the same as last time: Average kills over 2 days of fighting to determine the Victor!

What's New & Upcoming?

The Senior Officers are looking at the possibility of altering daily supplies. With the loss of our bonus regions we're actually paying out WAY MORE in supplies than 1 worker makes each day. Obviously if we continue doing that, the unit will end up bankrupt.

A couple of options that we've been exploring:

#1) Keeping supplies at the Q6 level: If we do this, the daily options will drop to either 12 Q6 weapons or 9 Q6 weapons + 70 Q5 Food. This option still pays out, in market value, A LOT MORE than getting a regular job.

#2) Raising supplies to the Q7 level: If we do this, the daily options will be either 8 Q7 weapons or 6 Q7 weapons + 70 Q5 Food. This option is MORE EXPENSIVE for the unit overall, but could still be manageable if we could get some regular WRM donations from you and it gives you guys the BEST weapons grade available.



I'd like to hear your thoughts in the comments section. It could be as simple as "I vote for Q7" or if you'd like to expand on that thought, we'd love to hear what you have to say. There might also be a poll that is shouted later to get opinions, but we have to move on this decision rather quickly since there is less than 1 day left to make the company upgrades we'd need to make Q7 possible.


The Senior Officers and I salute you for all your efforts to make this Military Unit a place we like to call "Home". Without the individual efforts of each and every one of you, that COULD NOT be possible. o>
