Riddle me This! Issue #1

Day 2,820, 03:47 Published in Canada Argentina by The Canadian Rooster

Hello all! Thank you for spending the time to read what soon will hopefully become a weekly article and event, where you solve riddles to win fabulous prizes!

Last week's prizes have been handed out!
Congrats to player Hotelier on answering riddle #1, and to player Azarius Theron for # 3!

Now! The moment you all have been waiting for; the answers to the riddles:

Riddle #1 : Eve, from the Christian Bible, who in the book of Genesis was created from Adam, made his wife, and through deception of a third party 'died', all on the very same day (citation perhaps needed. Am not an expert on Biblical history).

Riddle #2 : Royalty. It get's more dazzling as time moves on. Just look at the British queen, who even now won't die. Eve should learn a lesson.

Riddle #3 : Any stringed instrument that filled the requirements.
Of course, this Wiki list contains answers that don't match, but I was only looking for ones that matched (as examples: cello, violin, base guitar).

Riddle #4 and Riddle #5 : The fifth letter of the alphabet, the letter "E". These were more misleading, but these are the ones I enjoy the most.

There you have it folks! The answers for last weeks riddles. If you wish to review the riddles, please head back an issue. I would have posted it here again, but the lord knows that a long page encourages people to scroll down at tremendous speeds. And I need not that!

Again, many thanks to players Azarius Theron and Hotelier!

Now, time to reveal the line-up for the next riddles. Due to the shortage of attempts I was hoping for in the last issue, I will double the amount of riddles for you all to solve. In addition, I will include some easier ones, though I cannot guarantee that google will be of much help for you!

Here you are ladies and gentlemen of Erep! This week's ten riddles:

#1. Fatherless and motherless, born without skin. Spoke when it came into the world, and never spoke again.

#2. What is it that dwells once in earth, twice in heaven, yet resides among the middle of men?

#3. Why is the sun and a French loaf of bread so much alike?

#4. We are little airy Creatures, all of different Voices and Features. One of us in Glass is set, one of us you'll find in Jet. The other you may see in Tin, and the fourth a Box within. If the fifth you should pursue it can never fly from you.

#5. In every house I find a home because I'm useful found. The morning sees me clothed in white, the family seated round. Thus several times throughout the day a porter's load I bear. And every time I am loaded thus, the family all appear.

#6. Twelve and twelve white cows stand equal in a stall. Forth came a strong red bull that licked them all.

#7. Much higher than a tree I am, my bulk exceeds a house; and yet I seem unto most men no larger than a mouse.

#8. What has a bed but never sleeps; has a mouth but never eats?

#9. There is such a male as the one who came out of a white stone; at a distance his beard sparkles like a flame. The earth trembles under his feet; when he cries out, the devils run for shelter. A gust of wind comes from under his wings.

#10. He who with his hands puts it together will not be poor, and he who buys it, he does not wish to use it. However, he who finally uses it will never know.

There you have it folks! This weeks lineup of riddles for you to knock yourself out with. This week I included some easier riddles, and one is even a stupid great pun!

Prizes for this weeks riddles are 25 Q7 weapons for each riddle answered correctly. Any individual is not limited to answering any amount of riddles correctly, meaning a single person can obtain up to 250 Q7's. Once the correct answer has been posted, a second person who also answers correctly cannot claim the prize. If you have any questions (not related to the riddles themselves of course) message me and I will procrastinate and wait till the last moment reply to your concerns asap.

Enjoy these riddles, and I will see you all in a week!

Until then~!
