Dear citizens of Italy

I want to address all populations of Italy, that is why I decided to publish this article in the Italian media space.
I want you to know, I was in contact with representatives of Italy a few days ago, and my proposal was rejected by Italian side.
Before I say my proposal to you, I feel, I need to explain a few facts how we Slovenians see our cooperation from the past half year.

Facts regarding Italy and Slovenia after "bonus event"

We respect you helped our oldest friends and brothers from Serbia, getting economics bonuses from Italian regions. And we know, Serbia nad Italy has some kinf of partnerships agreement becasuse of it
However, Slovenia didn't get any important bonuses from Italian regions, because we came last on the priority list, when your CP selected regions, for bonuses in Italy. Cattle and fruits we would get anyways from your regions, because that was, how the mechanics of the game worked at the time being.

Further, we agreed to try improving our relations step by step, we agreed to payed tax or rent money to the Italian Government. There was one exeption on one occasion, when Chile arrived to Europa, more exactly in France. Many accused me, to break an agreement, then, which is not true, since the agreement is valid from 5th to 5 the in the month.
I didn't want to resign agreement with Italy then, because we decided to go helping France, which is also our closest ally!
During the whole time, in Italy was fraction of the population, wanting to resist Slovenia, so we had to, from time to time, burn few candies, or spend some CO, to hold regions, that by Serbian Slovenian agreement "belongs" to Slovenia.
You should also know, we agreed to lose 5 regions in northern Italy for our friends from Serbia, in order for them, go get full resources site.
We, Slovenia didn't get anything in return, so that's why, we don't want to realise more northern regions in Italy. I accept conpromise, to give you back Aosta, but other regions we are not prepare to retun in any case, and we will defenf them by all costs.

Slovenia had to ignore many provocations from Italian population during last two months, because we still had agreed with your government, we payed our rent money, yet still had to drain our resources to hold Italy in check.
It was frustrating for Slovenia, because Italy opened and fought strong RW s, knowing, there won't be repercussions, because you people knew, we can't reach you in the southern region, because Serbia was cutting Slovenia out of your "safe" zone.
Now we exploid situation in Serbia, and use it, to get to you in the southern region, to relatiate.
You must all also know, Italian government refused to resign our rental agreement at the begging of this CP mandate, that meant, we were at war before Serbia had to retreat from "their" Italian regions.

So now we have come to show you, not to resist us, if you want to be on the map, to have a congress.
I promised a few of my friends from your side, Slovenia will allow Italy congress, when the time comes, so we don't want to bully you to hard.
Please elect governments, who will be willing to negotiate with Slovenia, if you want to be on the map.
However, we decided, Slovenia will stay in at least few Italian regions in south, just to be a reminder, not to mess with us in northern regions for a while.
If a trust will be rebuilt, in time we are ready to give you southern regions back in the name of good relations in the future.

Proposal of eSlovenia

We propose to change this war into training wear. That way, Italy will always be on the map, and we will give you 4 regions during congress elections, for the full congress of Italy.
We are preparing to release you 2 regions on south if we sign an agreement, and if Italy doesn't mess with Slovenia in northern regions, we will release one more region on south each month. But Slovenia intends to keep at least 2 regions on south at all times, just in case, Italy decided to go against Slovenia again.

I realize this action of Slovenia didn't bring good feelings in the passionate Italian nation, but you should realize, many stronger countries on your side are deleted at the moment, but you don't have to be, so please consider my proposal, and stop resisting Slovenia in the future.
