I'll keep this short and simple so you have all the info to hand should you care to read it before voting. I urge you to read the information provided in the links and consider the candidates suitability of the role.
The Dictator has the power to approve all laws apart from impeaching the CP and changing the new citizen message. Congress recently voted on a document that whoever is elected Dictator will be obligated to follow, it is called the Constitution of the eUK (click on the blue writing to read what it is all about). The aim of this document to set out clear guidelines for what is, and what is not expected of the Dictator.
Candidates
The first candidate that messaged me with their nomination was Mr Woldy. He produced an article called Social Contract which you should check out before voting either way. He then published an article called Dictatorship Nomination which is also worth reading.
The second and final candidate for your consideration is Sir Humphery Appleby. He published his nomination article which you should look at, but also check out Appleby's newspaper for all he has had to say on Dictatorship and the Constitution, as he helped write the Constitution that Congress have accepted (along with alterations from Mr Woldy).

and what percentage of support is required for a candidate to win by the way? and is that percentage against total votes or just those against the other candidate? i just realised it is not mentions in the constitution.

This vote dont stand, its a fast and i had rumour of many people being unhappy and they will pay 200k to start war the only fair way if they both run to be CP, voting in article is a joke and dont work

the person should be who ever the nation have voted to lead them, so i vote for the current CP
Well no party has backed Max for the dictator so according to our act we cannot vote for him...
i thought congress job was to follow the will of the people, the reason we have a CP election is so the people decided who leads them, Surely its congress job to follow that lead not make up its own.
Congress was not voted in to make a new leader but to help the current until he is not willing or unable or untrusted.
The act also means the dictator wont be running the country, they are just someone we can trust to click button for us while we get the added security of a dictatorship. The CP, Congress and their government will still run the country and make all the decisions, they just have to inform the dictator when they want a button pressing.
The dictator vote is essentially for the most trustworthy active person.
i agree, the CP should be the dictator each month, think were the only 2 that believe in democracy though
